The Gelato Festival World Masters competition aroused my curiosity about this ice cream bar. The competition to qualify for the semi-final of the Festival saw Blue Bar d'Aci come in first place with the Principe flavour. On the morning of April 21st I went to the bar to taste the ice cream that won the tender for the province of Catania.
