Da tempo volevo andarci a cena, quindi prenoto e si va in compagnia della signora !!! Locale molto carino, ci riceve il proprietario Mauro e ci fa accomodare al ns tavolo, andiamo a leggere il menù molto interessante, nel mentre ci chiedono con gentilezza se volevamo un aperitivo e ci propone una bollicina, dalla carta si ordina un carpaccio di manzetta al tartufo x iniziare, un goccio di olio x accompagnarlo e devo dire molto delicato e nel contempo saporito, in breve squisito !!! Si prosegue con una linguina ai gamberi crudi con tartufo amalgamato con un sughetto che rendeva il tutto appetibile e assaporavi i singoli componenti ben composti!!!! Si continua con l’uovo cotto a vapore in letto di formaggio cremoso ricoperto di tartufo, che dire delizioso !!! Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo Merlot e x finire un dolcissimo tiramisù e caffè !!!! Ringrazio Mauro e il suo personale gentilissimo e professionale x la bellissima serata e la squisita cena !!! Mi riprometto di continuare a degustare le altre proposte prossimamente !!! Consigliatissimo !!!!
