Blanco In Pescara

I'd been to this restaurant before. Quality food and a very elegant location. However, I stopped by again on a summer Thursday evening, around 10:15 PM, and when I asked if there was room, they told me the kitchen was already closed. Of course, that's fine. But it's the height of summer in downtown Pescara, and such a response is unacceptable. Besides, I've also worked in the restaurant business, so I know how to evaluate things objectively.

Located in the lively center of Pescara, this restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating. Everything is elegant and the atmosphere is great. Paolo is the soul of the place: welcoming, friendly, and always very kind. The service is fast, precise, and attentive (wine is also served with the meal). We found all the dishes we tried to be delicious, innovative, and made with top-quality ingredients. Gluten-free pasta and bread are available. The price is absolutely fair. A place to spend a wonderful evening.

I was there for lunch, I start by saying that the restaurant looks great as soon as you enter, very well-kept and bright, beautiful colors and good atmosphere, as for the cuisine I would say incredible from some points of view, the appetizers are crazy and also beautiful to look at, for the first courses there is a lot of technique and it shows, I had a tonnarello cacio e pepe lime and mint, perhaps not optimal, the only dish that I would not take again unfortunately, I regret not having tasted the meats if I return to Pescara I will definitely return to try them, the menu had some nice proposals, as for the service, very friendly and good looking, super nice waiter, if I return it will also be for his perfect service. A tip for the cacio e pepe lime and mint, less Lime was definitely too much

This was a great eating experience , the food was amazing , we started with a smoked carpaccio of angus beef, then had our mains (tagliata with pistachio and flake steak) honestly I can't recommend this more, with a local wine from the region and finished off with extraordinary deserts. The staff were extremely friendly and on the ball. The surprise was the bill it came in at 85EUR , basically 40EUR for a three course meal and exceptional local wine. If you are in the area , this is a must place to eat at !!!.

Locale carino e accogliente, buone materie prime e piatti curati. Molto buona la chitarrina alla teramana. Unica cosa che non ho gradito è stato il pane. Posizione molto comoda in centro
