Last night we had dinner in this pizzeria having a pizza (a capricciosa and a 4 cheese) and some panzerotti. The pizza is fantastic. It has a leavening time of 72 hours and after eating it you still feel light. What can we say about the panzerotti. They were the best we ate in a month's holiday in all of Salento. The prices are very affordable (we thought they had got the bill wrong but no). The managers are kind and friendly. Francesco (the owner) is a very nice and easy-going person. Definitely recommended. If we were to return to these parts we will return.

Pizza a dir poco eccezionale a ruota di carro, deleziosa e molto leggera, complimenti a Francesco, Donato, Aldo e il resto dello staff. Prezzi onesti dato che oramai tutti hanno aumentato a dismisura i prezzi.

29/08/2024: Excellent pizzeria, always top ingredients, very kind and smiling staff. One of the best places to enjoy not only pizzas but also excellent quality home cooking. Highly recommended
14/08/2024: Onestamente inizialmente quando si entra nel ristornante, l’atmosfera con il forno a vista t’invoglia a sedere, posso dire che però il servizio è un po’ disorganizzato. Per quanto riguarda la pizza, ho preso una margherita con il crudo, la cottura era buona anche se un po’ bruciacchiata e di conseguenza un po’ salatina, però una cosa che non ho gradito è il filo d’olio fuori cottura sulle pizze, questo sono gusti personali anche se ritengo giusto dirli. Il problema più grande uscendo da quel locale è l’odore che esce dalla cucina che rimane sui vestiti, peccato.
