Whether you're vegan or not, try lunch at this restaurant! Everything is delicious, and the dishes are beautifully presented. The quality and sophistication of the ingredients and the flavors are top-notch. The dessert display makes you want to come back to try them all. The interior is also beautiful, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The prices are fair for the quality, especially considering the location in the heart of Trento.

DEVASTATING! A wonderful discovery. The dishes are beautifully presented, colorful, delicious, and anything but predictable. My only regret is that I wasn't able to try all the dishes, but it will be a must-try next weekend in Trento.

This vegan restaurant impressed us from the outside, thanks to the attention to detail and the ethos that the place conveys right from its presentation. It was our first time trying completely vegan cuisine, and we were truly surprised: everything was delicious, flavorful, and full of unexpected nuances. It was wonderful to discover new flavors and realize how satisfying and delicious a vegan dish can be. Congratulations on the quality, philosophy, and attention to detail they put into every dish. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place to eat something different and surprise your sweetheart. Amazing desserts; we had a single portion of Sacher torte and it was absolutely stunning! We'll definitely be back!

Super! A delicious lunch with delicious dishes served with passion. The friendly, welcoming service and atmosphere are the perfect backdrop for the tasty, succulent dishes. I particularly enjoyed the pad thai, but the grandmother's meatballs and arancini were equally delicious: the Asian notes, however, truly won me over. The twice-cooked broccoli is delicious, and paired with the creamy sauces in the dish, it's a pleasant discovery. The raw desserts were a delicious surprise: a must-try. Everything was delicious, showcasing what I consider to be the true culinary art: vegan cuisine.

Personale gentile, accogliente e servizio veloce. L'acqua in caraffa aromatizzata con ortaggi freschi è offerta e ha un buon sapore. Ho ordinato il Falafel, la descrizione del piatto corrisponde al quanto servito, la combinazione degli alimenti risulta accettabile al palato. Ho soltanto un'osservazione riguardo alla carota arrosto, servita intera e pulita, al centro del piatto, ben cotta e lievemente croccante. Personalmente la proporrei tagliata, magari a fette sottili, vista la delicatezza degli altri ingredienti. In questo senso la carota è RAW se si pensa all'impiattamento. Caffé di gusto particolare. Non ho provato i desserts che sembrano raffinati e curati nella presentazione.

Ristorante Maso Burba

10/10/2025: I had lunch here in late September and, as the dishes showed, I was truly impressed. All the dishes were fantastic and delicious, from the presentation to the taste. They featured colors and flavors I'd never experienced before, and are definitely worth trying throughout all four seasons. The staff was extremely kind and attentive to the guests' needs, placing them at the center of the culinary experience and never making them feel "alone" for a single moment. An excellent experience, and I highly recommend this restaurant.
14/09/2025: We visited Maso Burba and chose the tasting menu: truly excellent, with carefully prepared and flavorful dishes showcasing the raw ingredients with great creativity. 🍷🍴 The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, perfect for a unique dining experience. The only small points to note: the staff, while friendly, sometimes seemed a bit distracted (we even had water forgotten and even charged twice after requesting it), and the service times between courses were quite long. Personally, I would have preferred slightly larger portions. That said, the quality of the cuisine remains unquestionable, and overall the experience was very positive. I definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a thoughtfully curated experience of flavors and a charming location. 🌟
