UNFORGETTABLE We had lunch yesterday at this fabulous place in the heart of Trento: all the dishes on the menu are the result of careful research and love for plant-based cuisine, and all the ingredients are homemade, like the bread and plant-based cheeses. We tried: stuffed zucchini flowers, arancini with a stringy center and lentil ragù, carbonara and seitan (amazing), and then finished with some amazing raw desserts. Chef Michele has a unique sensibility! A wonderful lunch break that we'll be repeating soon. You guys are amazing! It's become our favorite restaurant!

A wide variety of delicious vegan dishes, very friendly and helpful staff, and a great location on one of the most beautiful streets just steps from the Duomo. Highly recommended!

What can I say? I don't often eat vegan, but this time everything was exceptional. The zucchini flowers as an appetizer and the pea gnocchi as a first course are highly recommended, but I recommend trying as many as you can because every dish is delicious (we came as a couple and ordered three appetizers, two first courses, two second courses, and three desserts).

I was craving something healthy for lunch today and I walked past Black Sheep and saw the infused water on the tables outside. (Lemon, cucumber, mint, blueberry, and radish infused water). Sold me immediately. I ordered the spring salad which was delightful and refreshing. For dessert I settled on the tiramisu and I just wish I had space for another one. Very delicious and exactly what I needed.

Super delicious, natural food. You can tell a lot of love goes into it. A definite recommendation! The only thing we weren't so impressed with was the coffee.

Davvero una splendida scoperta. Piatti interessanti e gustosi, i falafel davvero squisiti! Personale molto gentile! Assolutamente consigliato.
