Very nice bistro, delicious food and attentive and kind staff. Vegan dishes prepared with care, good and beautiful to look at. Small treats like flavored water, excellent desserts. Nice atmosphere.

Excellent vegan restaurant. In my opinion the best I've ever tried. Obsessive care, from the raw material to the dish served. I highly recommend ending your experience with a dessert!

Fantastic lunch, refined and exquisite dishes, truly highly recommended, and not just for vegans. And then the desserts... best tiramisu ever! We will definitely be back, keep up the good work guys!

I had salted caramel cheesecake, a jelly with salted caramel and a cinnamon roll with gianduia and it was all really delicious. The staff is very kind! Definitely coming back if I pass through Trento!

I went to Black Sheep Raw on two occasions: for lunch with a friend and for an aperitif organized for my graduation. Both times I was very satisfied with the restaurant's offerings, from the friendliness of the staff to the dishes offered. I especially liked the starters (fried pizza and bao) and the cheesecake. The prices are honest, considering the quality of the raw materials they use. I appreciated the attention to the choice of products and the general concept they propose: they also encourage non-vegans to approach the world of plant-based. Advise!!

Vegan restaurant with refined dishes designed with a green perspective. Not the usual place where it offers supermarket dishes by changing the shape, but instead a place where you look for a taste, a unique flavor using only vegan ingredients. And they did it very well: excellent basic ingredients, homemade, simple but effective. Very good desserts and very kind and friendly staff.

Avevo già assaggiato arancinia e dolci, davvero squisiti e sono stata felice di provare anche il pranzo. Se ripasserò da Trento di sicuro passerò da questo posto davvero unico per la qualità eccellente. Un vero paradiso per chi è vegano. Ho anche acquistato il pane che è buonissimo. Ristoranti come questo sono uno stimolo per una alimentazione sana, sostenibile ed etica.
