I am a regular visitor to the Black Sheep restaurant, both for a tasty snack and for a complete meal. For me it is a moment of pause and relaxation, in a familiar and relaxing environment, everyone is always very friendly and well disposed. The food is the best you can find in the area; all vegan and with artistic care, both in the presentation part and in the search for ingredients and combinations, all very careful. The context offers an experience worth trying, especially if you are looking for a moment to slow down the daily rhythms and enjoy a real pampering.

In vista del mercatino di Natale a Trento abbiamo telefonato per riuscire a trovare due posti a pranzo. La signora gentilissima è riuscita ad accontentarci ed è stata un'esperienza positiva anzi eccellente. Ottimo cibo, genuino, originale. È stata una scelta azzeccatissima. Consigliato per chi come me è vegano.

Finally vegan for vegans of impressive quality both in the choice of raw materials and in the way of cooking. Personally I especially appreciated the desserts/ice creams. Keep it up

I had lunch with a friend and I ordered the carbonara and he ordered the falafel. I liked the presentation of the carbonara, as well as the material of the dish itself, which is very particular. As for the flavour, I expected a taste similar to real carbonara, perhaps using vegetable bacon instead of white tofu cubes and I would also have preferred the cream to be more egg-like. Despite this, it was still a good pasta dish. My friend tells me that his order satisfied him equally. We didn't have the opportunity to taste the desserts, but we looked at them and they looked delicious to us. The service was satisfactory. The small environment and the comings and goings of people walking along the narrow walkways along the tables towards the register, the bathroom or the kitchen made the experience slightly chaotic. I would add that 1l of natural water and a couple of samples of appetizers and desserts are kindly offered by the house. I appreciated this detail. Overall, I am happy about the existence of 100% vegan places, which is not easy to find in every city. I'll be back to try some raw food desserts.

L’innovazione e la ricerca sono la parola d’ordine. In definitiva, un locale unico nel suo genere che merita di essere visitato!

Excellent experience, very high quality of the materials used and very tasty compositions. There were three of us so we tasted almost everything. Passed with flying colors from starter to dessert.

21/02/2025: Rodella 2222 – Where Matus and His Girlfriend Evelin Should Be Crowned Royalty There are restaurants. There are great restaurants. And then there’s Rodella 2222, which is less of a restaurant and more of a spiritual awakening with a side of Carbonara. Let’s start with the true power couple of the Dolomites: Matus and his absolutely lovely girlfriend Evelin. If these two ever decide to quit hospitality, Italy will enter a period of mourning. Matus moves around like a man who knows he is single-handedly responsible for the happiness of an entire mountainside, while his girlfriend has the grace, charm, and efficiency of someone who could probably run a small country. Together, they are an unstoppable force of good vibes and great service. Now, the food. Imagine the best spaghetti carbonara you’ve ever had—now multiply that by ten, throw in a little mountain air, and serve it with the confidence of someone who knows they’ve mastered perfection. The creamy, eggy, pancetta-laden goodness could make a grown man weep. And the Sacher torte? Listen, Vienna should be nervous. This is chocolate decadence so rich it should have a financial advisor. The kind of dessert that makes you consider unbuttoning your pants in public, but you don’t, because Matus and Evelin are just too classy for that nonsense. By the time you leave Rodella 2222, you’ll be full, slightly tipsy (Aperol Spritz strikes again), and 100% convinced that Matus and Evelin deserve some sort of national holiday in their honor. Final verdict: 12/10. Will dream about this place forever.
