The only 100% vegan restaurant in Trento. We were welcomed warmly, and the lunch was truly excellent. The dishes are carefully prepared, delicious, and they have a wide selection of desserts. Highly recommended.

A very cute little place, serving entirely vegan cuisine. We had seitan (€16), one of the best we've ever had, and tagliolini with vegan cream and mushrooms (€17), both delicious. For dessert, a homemade plum cake (€5), and to finish, a "coffee with a surprise" (€2.50): coffee served with two slices of bread and homemade spread. The focaccia served in a bread basket was delicious.

Even though I'm the only vegan in my family, my family took me here and were absolutely blown away by the deliciousness of every dish! We each ordered something different, which we shared, sampling each other's dishes. It was a unique experience for me, as I always struggle to eat out due to the lack of plant-based options. Plus, the staff is incredibly kind, and the place is very welcoming and full of love, perfectly in line with the food it offers! Thank you so much :)

Whether you're vegan or not, try lunch at this restaurant! Everything is delicious, and the dishes are beautifully presented. This vegan restaurant impressed us from the outside, thanks to the attention to detail and the ethos that the place conveys right from its presentation. It was our first time trying completely vegan cuisine, and we were truly surprised: everything was delicious, flavorful, and full of unexpected nuances. 22/01/2026: We ate outside at Boivin for New Year's Eve dinner. The place is warm and welcoming, with rustic '80s music playing in the background, but doesn't disrupt the conviviality. The service is friendly and professional; I'm holding back the 5th star only because of an oversight in the lasagna preparation. Traditional Trentino cuisine features meat and fish dishes, both local and otherwise, and quality ingredients, carefully cooked and beautifully presented without being overdone. The portions are well-balanced. The value for money is in line with other Levico Terme restaurants, and overall, it's a good value, especially considering the special evening. The wine list is comprehensive, with both local and regional wines. We've been there before and will definitely be back!
