A truly unique experience here in Puglia: the dry-aged fish and seafood cured meats were truly delicious. The main courses were also excellent, with side dishes that perfectly complement the fish. I'll be back to try new cured meats, which vary depending on availability.

I had a true culinary experience! Super fresh fish, quality meat, and dishes that combine tradition and innovation. A good selection of wines and excellent value. Compliments to Chef Vincenzo and his staff! Highly recommended, and I'll definitely be back.

A seafood restaurant well worth a visit. You won't find the usual, predictable dishes here, but original and carefully crafted creations, with surprising combinations and intense flavors. The appetizers are varied and generous, the first courses well-balanced, and the fried fish is crispy and light. Even the dessert stands out for its freshness and creativity, rounding out the experience on a high note. The bill is in line with the Altamura area average: around €70 per person for a full menu (appetizers, two first courses, a fried fish, dessert, coffee, and grappa). The service is courteous, attentive, but never intrusive, making the experience enjoyable from start to finish. A recommended destination for those seeking quality seafood, cooked with creativity and passion.
