The appetizers are varied and generous, the first courses well-balanced, and the fried fish is crispy and light. Even the dessert stands out for its freshness and creativity, rounding out the experience on a high note. The bill is in line with the Altamura area average: around €70 per person for a full menu (appetizers, two first courses, a fried fish, dessert, coffee, and grappa). An excellent restaurant for seafood dishes, sometimes revisited with imaginative twists, but always delicious! The seafood cured meats and dry-aged fish carpaccio are definitely worth trying, they're simply unique.
