One of my absolute favorite places, I eagerly await purple potato season every year! Everything is excellent, especially their smoked salmon, but unfortunately, like everywhere else these days, the prices of some dishes have gone up.

04/12/2025: Rayan and Armando are very good, and Valeria is also top-notch. Carbocrema: When the egg is added, she throws the pasta on top and uses a flat ladle to stir it in a circular motion. You can see and feel this process on the plate. Congratulations.

08/11/2025: A lovely find in Balduina! Excellent food, impeccable service, and, as a bonus, some very welcome little culinary treats! Highly recommended, 10 out of 10.
31/10/2025: Caught a bonus on the website (you can see it in the photo) and decided to have a nice dinner just because. Stopped by a cozy place and ordered a veggie pizza — light, fresh, and tasty. Funny how a random bonus can turn into a good evening and great mood.
