A very, very pretty location, with a lovely little garden, a veranda, and an indoor space. Fairy lights, soft music, and a quiet, welcoming atmosphere. They offer various themed evenings throughout the month, both for entertainment and events. Maximum attention to detail, from the table to the bathroom. In addition to the à la carte menu, which ranges from aperitifs to after-dinner drinks, there are daily specials on the blackboard. The cocktails are truly delicious.

Fantastic place, it is a very cute hidden gem in the neighborhood. The service was impeccable, the waitress was kind and attentive and food was great quality. I also loved the atmosphere. They have some evenings with live music and other events that I hope to attend next time!

Since I discovered it, I've been coming back every week. It's a happy place, where you feel good and they know how to make you feel at home. They pamper and spoil you, from the hand sanitizer at the table to the bag holder, and in the summer they even bring a table fan—little touches that make you feel welcome. The owner is incredibly kind, super friendly, and attentive. Giulia is truly a highlight, extremely knowledgeable and well-mannered, and always recommends new pairings. The food is truly excellent; I've enjoyed everything I've tried, and they have a great selection of beverages, with refined labels and interesting options like alcohol-free options. The evening events are highly recommended. I attended the tarot week and the astro week, and I have to say the professionals involved are amazing. You get a free consultation during the evening, and it's a valuable, original, and perfect experience to share. I'm biased now :) I can't wait to come back and try the new menu!

Every element of the venue - from the tastefully chosen furnishings to the layout of the spaces - conveys passion and attention, making the experience truly unique. Special thanks go to Gabriele, the owner, for his extraordinary availability and ability to make every customer feel welcomed at home. He always welcomes us before and after rehearsals with the band. His management skill is reflected in impeccable service and a gastronomic offering of the highest level: each dish is prepared with excellent products, carefully selected and expertly enhanced. Returning to the Bistrout is always a pleasure, because you are sure of living an authentic experience, where quality and passion meet. Sincere congratulations, keep it up!

The place is nice, it has both outdoor and indoor tables. The staff is friendly but the prices are quite high for what they offer: a slice of simple bread (with some boiled potatoes crushed on top and some mushrooms just on top....12€...I would say a little too much); even the cocktails (the classics) are nothing special. The only really positive note is the initiative of themed evenings (color painting, astrology, tarot etc....).

I'm a regular because it's an exceptional place, an oasis of peace. The place is meticulously maintained (even with free tampons in the bathroom). The quality is consistently high (exceptional cocktails), and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. The owner, Gabriele, is very friendly and, above all, attentive, always looking for new ways to make the atmosphere even more enjoyable and innovative (including evenings with live music, tarot cards, etc.).
