A lovely surprise
During our stay, we walked past it several times, and it's true that we hadn't noticed that it was also a restaurant. The terrace gives more of a hint that it's a bar.
It was on the recommendation of the owner of the Camarda shoe store in Taormina that we went to eat lunch at Sikè.
Well, what a lovely surprise. We chose to eat inside because it was too hot outside to enjoy a meal. The room was air-conditioned, but just right.
After meeting the owner, he took very good care of us.
For starters, we had bruschetta and octopus carpaccio.
Main course: Pasta with fish and tagliatelle.
The wine was a very good Etna Planeta white.
All the dishes were very good and well prepared. The pasta was cooked al dente.
Complimentary digestifs and coffee. Thank you for the gesture.
I recommend this restaurant.

Excellent food, we returned to this restaurant repeatedly. Nice attentive service and the location on the main promenade is also luxurious 👌. We got a seat without waiting, but it was already the end of October, so it may be different in the season. The food was brought quickly, within 10 minutes, even though the restaurant was about 3/4 full and it was dinner time.

I’ve had tiramisu all over Italy, but this one truly sets the bar. From the very first spoonful, you can taste the perfect balance — rich, velvety mascarpone cream layered over espresso-soaked ladyfingers that melt in your mouth. The coffee isn’t too bitter, the sweetness isn’t overpowering, and that light dusting of cocoa on top adds the perfect final touch.
Each bite feels like a little cloud of flavor — smooth, creamy, and full of depth. You can tell it’s made with care and tradition, not rushed or overly modernized. The texture is flawless: not soggy, not dry, just pure indulgence.
It’s the kind of dessert that makes you slow down and savor every moment — the perfect ending to a meal, or honestly, a reason to come here just for dessert.
If you think you’ve had good tiramisu before, think again — this one redefines it.

Great restaurant in the center of Taormina. Good food, honest pricing, staff excellent. A little noisy near the street but can't help that.
