The staff is friendly, young, and professionally trained—a very nice combination. The food is excellent, the location is beautiful, and the view is breathtaking. Go there!

A very nice little place, well-run by young people who put a lot of effort into it, and this reassures us vacationers who hope for a new life for Crissolo. Excellent food, excellent aperitifs with a platter. Well done guys. Keep it up and we tourists will "help" you.

Abbiamo pranzato di domenica al Bistrot. Avevamo prenotato per 9 persone e ci hanno riservato la veranda, all’aperto ma coperto, con una vista stupenda. Abbiamo potuto portare anche il cane. Il cibo è buono e il personale, giovane, molto gentile e professionale. Per me una bella esperienza.

11/03/2025: Beppe pastry café, pleasant environment with very friendly and professional staff. Coffee! very good! exceptional croissants, I recommend the pan briosce croissant with cream, and many other delicious options. Complete with tables and armchairs overlooking the street, for total relaxation. Congratulations to the staff! very loose to our four-legged friends, small bowl with fresh water immediately available.
11/03/2025: Ancient bar in the center of Saluzzo under the arcades. Nothing special apart from the tables glued to each other, but the place is small. Negative note, at the time of payment the sales assistant is on the phone, she shows me the amount on the cash register, I pay... and bye... not even a hello or thank you... I'm leaving and will never come back.

02/05/2025: Fantastic experience. We found the restaurant on thefork and it turned out to be a wonderful discovery. We ordered several menus and each was better than the other. The price is far too cheap for absolutely superior quality. The environment is also very welcoming. Amazing chef!
01/01/2025: In this very small mountain village there is this little restaurant where you can eat divinely, from fish starters, to first courses, to second courses. Here they specialize above all in fish dishes, which I must say I have had the opportunity to appreciate a lot. The bread is made by them. The environment is very intimate and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The Tiramisu is also excellent. Don't miss the eggnog! The prices are really very honest. I hope to return soon!
