Everything was delicious, from the pinsa to the cod salad, to the carpaccio, to the meatballs, in short the quality of the raw materials was really high and the dishes were not predictable. Excellent wine list and the owner was delightful.

Moma Bistrot in Rome is one of those places that smells like home. I discovered it thanks to my daughter and him, the prees – the president of Piazza Mazzini, as we call him. Luigi welcomes you like an uncle who has been waiting for you for weeks. He smiles at you, he understands you, he makes you feel like you have come to the right place. The dishes are those of true urbanity: recognizable flavors, but never predictable. Nothing is industrial, everything is chosen with care. Very high quality, human prices.
