We were guests at the Castello du Spessa for our daughter's wedding. It was like a fairy tale, everyone was helpful, courteous and helpful. Wonderful food and drink as well as an incredible location made this day unforgettable.

Very well maintained facility with great views. Cozy & clean apartment in the neighboring building. Very nice, attentive service in the castle restaurant and at breakfast. Great wine! The Casanova menu could be a little more sophisticated and unusual. I wouldn't recommend dinner in the golf club's restaurant... Breakfast was rich and good! Unfortunately, larger groups and companies can spoil the charm of the complex... Just a tip: I would equip the interior of the castle with more real antiques and paintings. The park and garden don't need the many, somewhat kitsch figures.

Half day in the SPA including sauna, Turkish bath, indoor swimming pool with garden view and frigidarium. The relaxation area offers hot drinks between treatments and biscuits offered by the facility. A therapy to be followed at least 3 times a year

Beautiful castle, immersed in the Collio Goriziano. Casanova Suite very spacious and suggestive, comfortable bed and good air conditioning. Well organized cellar visit, rich and well described tasting. Well-kept and well-stocked outdoor spaces, sunbeds and cloisters perfect for enjoying a few hours of relaxation. Maybe I was expecting something more from breakfast. Overall very positive experience! Spectacular place.

I'm just walk around and drink coffee at the terrace near helicopter parking spot, but I was impressed the view and the place. Must see! Absolutely!

My review concerns only the wellness area. The location is undoubtedly wonderful with a view of the hill. The wellness area is sufficiently spacious, but there is no second sauna with a higher temperature than the existing one (80 degrees, honestly not enough) and even the Turkish bath is not "steamy" enough. The beverage corner, on the other hand, is very sad: -there is only a thermos of tea, so there is no possibility of choice (I would add at least a couple of herbal or fruit herbal teas) -only present biscuits found in village bars when they serve you cappuccino (you could add some dried fruit or artisanal biscuits) -paper cups in a wellness area cannot be seen!!!!! For 50 euros I think a little more accuracy is in order

Excellent experience at the Vinum Spa. Breathtaking location and everything taken care of in detail. Clean and bright environments and it must be said...seeing art and color in a wellness facility is truly evocative. Friendly and courteous staff. We'll be back

13/08/2024: I went to get an ice cream and a milkshake, as soon as you enter you can smell artisanal ice cream, I got a pistachio ice cream and it was a cream, very good, however the chocolate milkshake tasted like unprocessed chocolate it seemed pure, all tasty staff nice and super helpful, worth trying at least once in your life. (among other things, he is the 2022 2023 2024 winner of the Italian ice cream competition)
08/08/2024: Even though I have always criticized what underlies the vision of this ice cream shop, I must be honest that it has won me cup after cup over the years. The girls behind the hornbeam wells are always very smiling and helpful towards the customer. The environment is modern and warm at the same time. The "magic" is not only in eating ice cream, but also in being able to see those who prepare and process the raw materials for sorbets and ice creams at work. The products you will find here are authentic, out of mass production chains or other forms. A good ice cream, the flavor that won me over was the Fior di latte. Although it is a basic and "simple" flavour, it is the first that makes you understand whether an ice cream is good or not. This fior di latte has something special, it reminds me so much of the ice cream of my childhood. In summary, I wholeheartedly endorse this ice cream shop and the idea of ​​"making ice cream" that it promotes. I recommend it especially to those who are now tired of eating "commercial" ice creams or ice creams which are often unbalanced and unsatisfying despite the cost having increased!!
