Bistrot Convivial In Valtournenche

We ordered everything for six starters and double mains, but everyone didn't even get two raclette cheeses. There wasn't one for everyone either, otherwise everything was good. The cold meats of the main course could have been replaced with more cheese. A small thing, but takes a fifth star!

Really good place. Compared to other restaurants nearby, the food is a little bit better and prices lower. I would definitely recommend this place ;)

.....after several years of visiting Cervinia on New Year's Eve I have never managed to have lunch with my family at this establishment which I must say without mincing words is the best! particular and refined food (as it must be in the mountains), perfect service and courtesy, friendliness, the bill.....it is not a trattoria, it is located in a particular context so if you think you have the bill of a trattoria ..... come in anyway you will be thrilled .......HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We went with 9 friends for dinner. Delicious fondue chinoise with homemade broth! Very kind staff, they offered us genepy at the end of the dinner. Perfect value for money. Highly recommended and we will be back!

Me and my son were lucky to get a table walking in to the Bistro at lunch time without reservation (especially because google told us the restaurant wasn’t open). The personnel welcomed us warmly and we were seated to a table. We ordered beef Pierrade and Bourguignonne, grilled vegetables and french fries. Beer and sprite for the drinks. The food came fast even if the Bistro was full of customers. The vegetables were grilled just right, the french fries were better than average, bourguignonne was good (although we were not quite sure how long we should’ve boiled the meet) and the pierrade was just delicious!! And it was fun to grill it on the table. The 6 sauces were very tasty, the orange (chili), yellow (hollandaise we assumed) and black pepper sauce were our favorites! We shared the food and left nothing - except the bread, which we took with us when we left (first time for us ever). We decided that if we have a chance we’ll come back and order pierrade for both of us and also try other things from the menu (and have some red wine with the pierrade). We didn’t take desert only because we had already booked a four course dinner for the same evening elsewhere which we couldn’t cancel anymore. Absolutely brilliant place, it gets my high recommendation. For a lunch, we paid 93€ which is admittedly on the high side. My son asked me was it worth it, and I answered that given the quality of the food and the great service and experience yes it was. I wish we had dinner there but unfortunately we were leaving the next day. Thank You once more for the great food and service! 5 stars without hesitation.

A unique and fun experience in Cervinia The Convivial Bistrot is a little jewel a stone's throw from the slopes, perfect for those looking for a different culinary experience than usual. With a few tables and an intimate atmosphere, the place is ideal for relaxed and fun dinners in company. The peculiarity lies in the induction plates on each table, where you can cook meat and chicken directly on the spot. An original and interactive idea, which makes the meal convivial and suitable even for the little ones, who will have fun participating. Even if the prices are a little high, the experience and the quality of the food fully justify the expense. A place that I highly recommend for a special evening in Cervinia!

Tasty food, poorly served. We ordered raclette. 28 euros 5 slices of cheese and a huge portion of the side dish they brought. Lots of potatoes, lots of leftover sausages, and they didn't bring any more cheese, except a new dose. Good atmosphere and friendly staff.

Ho soggiornato a Cervinia per una settimana e devo dire che questo è il ristorante più caratteristico in cui sono stato. Locale accogliente, proprietario gentilissimo e cibo ottimo! Da provare assolutamente la raclette e la bourguignonne.

Porzioni non adeguate al prezzo. Qualità buona con prodotti locali ma prezzi elevati rispetto alla quantità. Location molto piccola ma carina.
