A short while ago, I was served by a tall, curly-haired Italian man at the bistro's outdoor table. Fantastic experience! Impeccable, fast, and extremely professional service. You can sense passion and care in every step of the process, as well as great empathy. Congratulations on your excellence!

It takes at least a quarter of an hour to get a coffee. The staff is sparse and disorganized. The queues are incomprehensible. You have to wait both at the cash register and to collect your payment. What a shame! The baked goods and sandwiches are very good. Not recommended. I have to change my review to a positive one. I've been back several times out of necessity over the last two months and have found the service to be much improved. I hope they continue like this because the sandwiches and pizza are truly good.

Found it a bit dirty, very good cheesecake but disappointing Chinese ravioli as if it were made in front of you but it was already ready and floating in water in a dense paste too

Nice cappuccinos. Though I felt like walking in a detention center. Hospitality could be improved and a smile never harmed anyone.

I had the roast beef with artichokes. The quality of both the meat and the arugula was exceptional. Excellent dish. The atmosphere was relaxed. Service was by Daniela at the restaurant and Laura at the bar, both very kind. I'll definitely be back!

I've been here several times for a coffee, cappuccino, or croissant before catching a train, as it's right in front of the turnstiles on the upper floor, making it very convenient. The quality is average, neither excellent nor terrible; I'd say it's more than acceptable considering it's a large station café that welcomes thousands of people a day. Service, however, is always as quick as possible. As for the bathroom, the fact that you have to climb the stairs at the back of the café to go to the next floor isn't particularly convenient, but it's surprisingly clean for a station café, and I've always seen a cleaner stationed outside the entrance cleaning. I'll go out on a limb and say that the last time I visited, the bathroom actually smelled nice. I said it.
