Found it a bit dirty, very good cheesecake but disappointing Chinese ravioli as if it were made in front of you but it was already ready and floating in water in a dense paste too

Great place for a casual break.

Nice cappuccinos. Though I felt like walking in a detention center. Hospitality could be improved and a smile never harmed anyone.

A quiet and traditional place with a varied menu that goes beyond the usual pizza and pasta.

I had the roast beef with artichokes. The quality of both the meat and the arugula was exceptional. Excellent dish. The atmosphere was relaxed. Service was by Daniela at the restaurant and Laura at the bar, both very kind. I'll definitely be back!

I've been here several times for a coffee, cappuccino, or croissant before catching a train, as it's right in front of the turnstiles on the upper floor, making it very convenient. The quality is average, neither excellent nor terrible; I'd say it's more than acceptable considering it's a large station café that welcomes thousands of people a day. Service, however, is always as quick as possible. As for the bathroom, the fact that you have to climb the stairs at the back of the café to go to the next floor isn't particularly convenient, but it's surprisingly clean for a station café, and I've always seen a cleaner stationed outside the entrance cleaning. I'll go out on a limb and say that the last time I visited, the bathroom actually smelled nice. I said it.

Today I had some time to change trains from 12:30 to 1:00 PM. So, I decided to have an aperitivo with appetizers at the Bistrò. I paid at the cashier, but when I got to the counter, I discovered that this type of aperitivo is only served after 5:00 PM. Luckily, Daniela was there! With professionalism and discretion, she understood the problem and, rather than having me re-issue the receipt in the short time I had, she immediately brought me chips, olives, and a taste of excellent freshly made Margherita pizza. I enjoyed the food, the break, and above all, the welcome. Thank you, Daniela, and good luck with your wonderful establishment!

Prices were reasonable for Milan Central Station, and everything was really good! The staff was super quick and welcoming, and the place was very clean. The coffee was excellent, as were the croissants and the freshly squeezed juice. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

This place is located on the train level of Milano Centrale Station. I discovered it while waiting for my train and looking for a coffee! I only had coffee, but they have plenty of other dishes! It's a bustling, vibrant place! 🥳 The person taking my order, as well as the people in line before and after me, were all so friendly and warm. The elderly lady in front of me had a lot of luggage, so I moved her cup and saucer a bit so she could carry her tray of bread and coffee to her table. She was so kind and grateful, and I felt even more grateful! She even kept my luggage safe while I was at my table! 🥰 After ordering at the counter, I waited a bit, and they brought my coffee and bread to my table. They handed it to me with a warm smile, which made me even sadder to leave Milan. 😭 On my way out, I tried to buy some Acqua Panna water from the open fridge near the entrance, but the cashier was empty. I asked a passing employee and she kindly told me to pay at the coffee and bread counter inside, so I paid there without any hassle! I submitted my coffee to check the electronic platform number display while drinking it. I still smile when I think about that warm morning, waiting for the train at Milan Centrale Station with a smooth cappuccino.🫶
