03/11/2025: I've been to Fattoria Il Pulcino twice in just a few days, the first with my company for an event with over 80 guests from various countries—Japan, Germany, the United States, Peru, and England—and the second on my own.
During the company experience, we participated in a wonderful pasta-making workshop, led with care and kindness, followed by a pleasant, well-organized, and excellent dinner.
When I returned privately, I was able to appreciate the quality of the cuisine even more: truly excellent meats, cured meats, and cheeses, accompanied by good wine. I also visited the shop, where I purchased two truly extraordinary pecorino cheeses (one with truffle and one with pears).
You can sense the owners' great attention to hospitality, tradition, and connection to the local area. I also found it wonderful to see how local schools are involved in their small artisanal projects. An authentic, well-kept, and welcoming place, definitely worth a visit.
