04/01/2025: We found this restaurant by chance while wandering through the streets of Tivoli and luck has it. It was just the two of us that evening and we were made very welcome by the manager and the chef. We trusted the chef's meal so that surprise dishes, we only knew that it would be a meat meal. We were delighted by the different dishes offered, all tasty, unique and pleasant flavors in the mouth, perfect cooking of the meat and the plates of true masterpieces. Special mention to the homemade rolls, all different in taste and with original shapes. For 45 euros we had an appetizer, a starter, a pasta dish, a meat dish and a dessert. Free homemade digestive. Classic spritz and homemade limoncello spritz, very good and inexpensive. We had some olive oil that we had tasted during the meal. Go there with your eyes closed! We will come back to it... Don't go your way, it would be a shame.
