After 24 hours of traveling we just happened to walk in and had a wonderful experience to kick off our trip. The food was great, the lemon sorbet was the best I’ve ever had. But what made Bistro 107 special was the service. Warm, friendly and a whole lot of fun!

Bistrot 107 is located on Via Cavour, adjacent to the bustling Via Roma. A truly welcoming and well-kept restaurant. Small but impressive. Delicious food! Don't be put off by any wait times; the food is freshly made, well-cooked, and beautifully presented, bursting with flavor and care. The menu offers a wide selection. We had citrus risotto, Bistrot gnocchi, and caponata. I couldn't say which was better because we truly enjoyed everything. I appreciated the attentive service, where they asked us if we had any intolerances or allergies. They asked everyone this question to best recommend the food.
Prices are reasonable for the food we ate.

A pleasant discovery through the Gluto app at this place. We hadn't booked, and the girl at the cashier told us that a table would be available soon and would call us. Meanwhile, my wife, who is celiac and lactose intolerant, was asking her what she could eat, and the girl, being celiac herself, reassured her 100%. The food was excellent, with generous and carefully prepared dishes. After each course, the girl approached the table to ask if everything was okay, truly good and kind. Congratulations again, we will definitely be back when we return to Palermo. Thanks again.

Ho visitato questo locale per cena insieme al mio fidanzato e devo dire che siamo rimasti entusiasti di tutto quanto: la gentilezza del personale, la qualità delle materie prime, la velocità del servizio e la disponibilità nell'accogliere e accontentare tutte le richieste relative alle intolleranze alimentari. Il locale ha una certificazione AIC e devo dire che tutto ciò che è presente nel menù può essere replicato senza glutine e senza lattosio ed è buonissimo. Davvero super consigliato, complimenti a tutto lo staff!
