We highly recommend it. Food very good.

During our holiday in Palermo my husband suggested me to try eating at this place and I have to say that it was really worth it. Eating all day here in Sicily, I wasn't able to experience great things because I was a little full, but I had a sandwich and it was amazing, everything was good, from the quality of the bread to the filling. The venue alone is already worth a visit in itself and the staff were also very helpful and friendly. Go there! It's worth it

I'll start by saying that I love Palermo, when we can my husband and I allow ourselves to be tourists in Palermo three times a month, visiting the hidden gems of this wonderful city, as a celiac then when it comes to eating with peace of mind so zero contamination becomes a feat. Last night we were in Palermo for different reasons unfortunately.... but while looking for a place to eat I remembered a nice promotion made by a girl from a local "Bistrot" registered with the AIC. So we went and I can tell you it was a pleasant surprise! Starting from the location which I adored for the attention to detail in the originality of the objects that tell you about our territory but with an alternative streak, then the variety of the menu for celiacs is crazy, the helpful and very friendly staff, last but not least the owner who is uniquely friendly, makes you feel at home with her way of presenting herself, of communicating and carefully following everything. I was super happy with this place because it's not easy to find a perfect mix. I will definitely come back because eating well and safely is very important but if you also find sympathy, friendliness and that comfortable feeling that tastes like home it's the best 💯💯💯💯😘😘

What a wonderful little restaurant in the heart of Palermo. We ate here twice during our stay in Palermo. Both evenings we were not only treated to the finest Sicilian cuisine, but the service was also first-class and friendly. We will definitely stop by again next time we visit Palermo. I used it twice in February 2025 for lunch and dinner. The long opening hours made it convenient for tourists. The staff were cheerful and kind. The food was served quickly and everything was delicious. There was also a good selection of Sicilian wines. It wasn't formal and I felt relaxed. I thought the price was also appropriate.

Sono andata a Bistrot 107 sabato scorso a pranzo dopo e aver letto il blog di un’altra ragazza celiaca. Sono rimasta positivamente sorpresa dal servizio - ho preso il menù di terra per 28€ ( antipasti siciliani misti - solo questo mi avrebbe sfamata per tutto il giorno in realtà. C’erano delle crocchette di patate, mini arancini, una specie di farinata fritta, patate fritte e bruschette con pomodorini e origano. Nel primo c’erano due tipi di pasta : spaghetti con pesto di pistacchi, guanciale, pancetta e parmigiano e l’altro erano pene al sugo con la più buona salsiccia che io abbia mai mangiato. Di secondo c’era polpette di carne al sugo, una cotoletta … il pollo si scioglieva in bocca e una cotoletta di manzo con un involucro di prosciutto penso che sia stato…. Per finire questo ben di Dio un semifreddo alla nocciola senza glutine e senza lattosio e birra senza glutine). Tutto squisito, il servizio ottimo e la proprietaria celiachia anche lei si e’ assicurata che il cibo fosse sicuro per me. L’unico punto su cui dovrebbero lavorare a mio avviso è per chi come me non può mangiare latticini in generale e non solo lattosio - proporrei di usare il latte di anacardi o nocciole per i dolci così da spaziare ulteriormente la accessibilità a tutti! Non vedo l’ora di tornare!

Abbiamo cenato più volte in questo bistrot, il locale è molto accogliente, piccolo ma carino, offrono un'ottima cucina con un menù vastissimo anche senza glutine. Abbiamo cenato veramente bene, servizio rapido, prezzi ottimi.
