endroit coozy, sympa où s'arrêter un moment afin de manger, y boire de bons vins. essayez la soupe locale de Lucca, très bonne. bon service, aimable !

Fabulous find in a storm. Lovely bistro just opposite exit to the Guinigi Tower. Excellent wine matched to the food choices. Very friendly would highly recommend a visit if in Lucca.

Nice place but the food is expensive for what you get. €10.50 for some melon with ham, not even some bread. Same amount for a bitter little piece of lasagna. In addition, they charge €2 service costs per person, why even? It is not that you are served there like an angel. You have not eaten enough for these amounts.

Very nice staff, limocelli spritz and cappuccino very tasty. We had bruschetta to try and we immediately ordered more of it. Great shop, we would order here again. Grazie Kille

Family place with an owner, Mrs. Imma, friendly, funny and above all very good. ABSOLUTELY worth trying are his panzanella and caprese, both buffalo and burrata, all made with products grown by them. We will miss you...❤️

Mi sono fermata a pranzo con un'amica e abbiamo chiesto una panzanella, considerato che faceva caldissimo e non volevamo nulla di caldo: la proprietaria ce l'ha fatta espressa, con i pomodori e il basilico del suo orto e il pane fresco... il tutto accompagnato da una bella birra fresca. Una meraviglia inaspettata (la mia amica non l'aveva mai assaggiata e ne è rimasta estasiata), porzione abbondante, gusto indescrivibile, prezzo più che adeguato, gentilezza e allegre chiacchiere che fanno già metà dell'esperienza positiva.... insomma, mi sono segnata il nome e quando tornerò a Lucca certamente sarà tappa fissa!!!

20/10/2024: Elisa and Federico 09.28.2024 We are very happy with our choice because it met, or rather exceeded, our expectations! Very helpful in organizing the event, they took care of every detail with passion and professionalism! We used many different environments to make every moment special, alternating outside and inside, we also had the symbolic ceremony in the garden. Very valid plan B in case of bad weather. It was a beautiful day that we will never forget! Thanks Brunella and thanks Marco!!!
12/10/2024: Conosciamo e frequentiamo questo ristorante da tanti anni, ed abbiamo deciso io e mio marito di organizzare da loro un pranzo con amici in occasione del nostro 20 anniversario di matrimonio... Non finiremo mai di ringraziare la Taverna per aver realizzato un evento in un modo così... perfetto...curato nei minimi dettagli, con grande professionalità e abilità culinaria , che già tantissimi partecipanti hanno elogiato !! Siete stati davvero... speciali!!! Avete anche avuto la gentilezza di permettere ai nostri ospiti di ammirare il vostro splendido presepe meccanico... davvero una giornata indimenticabile!!!! Basilico fresco ristoro e pizzeria

19/01/2025: Sono tornato oggi dopo qualche mese , devo dire che si mangia bene anzi benissimo , pesce fresco ottimo come sempre personale gentile proprietari anche.. bravi alla prossima..
17/11/2024: Era già qualche tempo che non andavo , e devo dire che siamo stati bene come sempre. Tutto buono . Camerieri bravi veloci e simpatici . Ritorneremo bravi
