An absolutely delightful dinner from start to finish. The service was warm and attentive, with excellent recommendations that made our evening even more enjoyable. After bringing our “La Dolce Vita” program to Bistrò Miranda, we knew we had to return to savour a meal ourselves—and it did not disappoint. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. A true gem in Orvieto.

Our last night in Orvieto and we didn’t have a chance to make dinner reservations so we took our chances at 6:30 PM and started walking. I know that some people will say to avoid any restaurant that opens for dinner before 7:30, but we were very pleasantly surprised with our experience at Bistro Miranda. The food and service were both excellent. Our server even brought us a starter consisting of a quail egg, hummus and a couple of other ingredients I can’t remember; it was delicious. My wife and I both had the duck, a pear/reggiano/walnut salad and the Torto Miranda dessert.

Ristorante molto curato, abbiamo mangiato all’aperto sotto gli ombrelloni in una giornata molto piacevole. I piatti sono molto ricercati con ingredienti ricchi di sapore. Le porzioni non sono abbondantissime ma giuste. Servizio giusto o tempistiche e personale molto cordiale.
Abbiamo pagato 60 € in due: un antipasto diviso, due primi, acqua da bere e caffè.

Tra i suggestivi vicoli di Orvieto si trova questo gioiellino della ristorazione umbra. I proprietari hanno abbandonato la Capitale per realizzare un loro sogno. Si può dire che il sogno è diventato realtà e, in una location piacevole e arredata con gusto, vengono proposti piatti originali ma sapientemente realizzati con materie prime scelta sul territorio. Una esperienza da ripetere assolutamente.
