Siamo andati alla fine delle nostre vacanze di Natale e abbiamo trovato una sala molto bella e confortevole con un ottimo servizio, abbiamo mangiato un vitello tonnato, polenta e cinghiale e un lombo di agnello tutto buono, grazie e a presto

We spent the weekend at the Montagna Lodge & spa hotel connected to the restaurant. I must compliment the chef for the quality, presentation and refinement (local products) of the dishes on the menu. We all chose typical dishes. The rest is a tragedy. I didn't give a star just because we ate very well, but the service was really bad. I understand that at the moment it is not easy to find staff, but wanting to position yourself in a catering target of a certain level, you cannot afford certain mistakes. We initially booked a table with a mountain view near the window, but it was busy when we arrived. We requested a cheese starter to share and the plates were not brought to us. I requested a coke zero and it arrived after finishing the starter. In the whole glass of wine there was a fly. The way of clearing the table as if we were in a canteen. Unfortunately there have been many slip-ups that could have been avoided as far as I'm concerned and a customer doesn't expect to live inside a restaurant like yours. Finally, I would like to point out that the restaurant manager apologized as he perceived the very low level of service but in this case it would have been nice to offer a bitter or dessert. I conclude by saying that among the staff there was a blonde lady who evidently had more experience and was very nice/helpful/elegant and professional.
