Having eaten here 3 times during our stay, that in itself tells you the food was great and very tasty.
Staff, again excellent esp with our nut/shellfish allergy traveler.
The pasta was aldente fresh done and not mushy- ‘a la americane’.
The dishes were generous in size and the outside seating had great fans which made eating outside fly free.
This place is renowed for it’s cacio e Pepe, and would 100% agree, it was scrumptious.
The burrata salad was excellent and authentic, and the salmon pizza magnificent.

Location & atmosphere & staff were good.
However, their pasta was too salty, so we had to dilute it with bread, avocado and tea/ water….

Kindly welcomed by the staff, we sat at the tables outside, well covered and heated with a blanket available for those sensitive to the cold. The menu is vast. We took the starter platter for two and the focaccia, both very good, then a cacio e pepe, a carbonara and an amatriciana. All very very good. Prices in line with the vast competition. recommended without a doubt.

Restaurant suitable for celiacs!!! We ordered two carbonaras, a hearty dish, quite a lot of guanciale. Kind and friendly employees. Good heating! You're not going to be cold outside. I must also highlight the good price. Without a doubt I will return!

Funny to say a burger at this place was a fantastic meal while in Rome. But it was an excellent meal and service. It seemed like it might just be a touristy place, but price and quality was excellent. I would imagine more traditional Italian is good as well, but we were a bit pasta’d out at the time.
