Decent food, but very limited selection. Excellent grilled meats. Friendly service. Otherwise, nothing special. Location: suburban neighborhood, ground floor of an inhabited detached house. The interior (decently) was empty, but they seated us in a sort of internal courtyard at the back. The smell was unpleasant, like an old butcher's shop. The furnishings were dilapidated, and it looked like a basement. A first course (me), a large steak (my son), and a half glass of house wine... €75... no comment.

I've been frequenting Bisteccheria da Mario for almost 15 years, and it's become a true go-to for meat in Lazio. The quality has always been consistent, with sumptuous cuts, perfect cooking, and flavors that never disappoint.
But it's not just the meat: the pizzeria is also excellent, with light, well-leavened dough and generous toppings. The pasta dishes are exceptional, always tasty and carefully prepared.

Yes...it was definitely worth a try.
I can't comment on everything, but I went there for the meat and... I was completely satisfied with what I ate.
Good-quality meat, tender and flavorful, served on lava stone (an excellent choice to avoid cooking errors and allow the customer to enjoy themselves while cutting, cooking, and eating as they please).
For sides, we tried gratinated vegetables and potatoes, nothing special; they could do better.
Informal atmosphere.
Good service.
I will definitely be back to enjoy more good meat and try their pasta dishes.

I ate the pizza several times, excellent
The appetizers were good, the Bruschetta was very good, the buffalo mozzarella was excellent.
Today I ate the meat, superb, 1,700 grams, very tender. My dog also enjoyed it 🤣🤣🤣
