You go to this restaurant for meat.
The meat is objectively okay.
However, the prices are excessively high: it's definitely not a Michelin-starred restaurant, and it's hard to understand why it would charge unjustified prices.
Furthermore, the meat is priced by weight, but there's no provision for the actual weight to be reported to the customer, as determined by the staff.
Summary: Overall, the dishes are of good quality, but overpriced.

L’esperienza presso questo ristorante è stata sufficiente. Antipasti discreti, primo piatto carbonara troppo salata, carne tagliata al banco buona ma molto grassa, si poteva curare meglio. Nel complesso un giudizio sufficiente, prezzo alto vista la zona e il servizio, che non eccelle. Non credo ci ritornerei

The restaurant in question is particularly dedicated to meat which I must say is quite good. The choice is made directly at the counter both for the type of origin and cut.
To be honest I expected much more from Nebraska and relating the yield to the price I probably would have chosen something else.

In the Pietralata area, we found this Braceria with very easy parking and a really good quality/price ratio. Recommended several times by friends, we tried their kebab, their Entre Cote and the hamburger or plate. The meat you choose can be with or without bone and you are obviously asked the type of cooking. Very large place and for those who are in the area it is an excellent alternative to other places perhaps more elegant. Here they pay attention to quality and quantity which are certainly very very good and it is a recommendation because it is located in those parts avoiding the usual tour in the central part of Rome.

For those who want to eat good pizza or meat, this is the ideal restaurant! A thin, light and tasty Roman pizza! I go mainly for that! So much so that even when my friends want to eat meat, they don't give up a nice pizza in the center already cut into slices as an appetizer! Helpful and kind staff even with rude customers
