Restaurant that offers traditional Vercelli and Piedmontese dishes with some experimentation. The presentation of the dishes and the service were much appreciated. Good ideas and combinations even if in some cases the taste remains a little flat and does not exalt the palate. Critical note on desserts. If you are not a chocolate lover you have no alternatives. Slightly high prices

For me, it's impossible to eat better in the area than here, simply complete from A to Z, everything taken care of down to the smallest detail, and well-educated staff. High-level cafeteria, the staff is up-to-date and educated following modern courses, it doesn't happen often, excellent

What a fabulous time we had at Bislakko. We wanted to try risotto on a Thursday evening and we left there having had a marvellous experience thanks to Miriam. Miriam is great, not only she was very knowledgeable about food and wine but also she was kind and welcoming. She paired the food we were having with a magnificent white wine and recommended us to try some typical products from Piedmont. If you are around Vercelli and have a chance to go there, please do! Hopefully you won't be disappointed. I hope Miriam is there for you guys!!

Ottima esperienza! Abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione sea passion e non ci siamo minimamente pentiti... Polpo alla Luciana ottimo è dire poco, ottimo anche il risotto con scampi. Molto buono il secondo e per i dessert non ci sono parole, semplicemente spettacolari! È stato veramente un pranzo che ricorderemo e se dovessimo ritornare in zona, non ci sarebbe il dubbio su dove andare. Il servizio è stato ottimo e il conto giusto pensando alla qualità delle portate! Super consigliato!!!

Locale grazioso, poca professionalità nel servizio, cucina mediocre…un’alternativa poco impegnativa da poter tenere in considerazione…peccato che alla cassa la situazione si ribalta perché il conto non è congruo alle prestazioni oltre a non corrispondere a ciò che è stato ordinato: la bottiglia di vino superiore di prezzo ed un desser in più…insomma un posto a questo punto che mostra un pessimo biglietto da visita

28/01/2025: January 2025 Before starting the review I read other people's reviews, I start with the worst and then the best as usual, what can I say, there are some great characters. I've been going to the place occasionally for years, today I decided to write a review, it more than rightly deserves it. Fabio is a person who is not a restaurateur for work, but for passion and he behaves as such. He admits if he makes mistakes and is always open to discussion, unfortunately he has the misfortune that in an attempt to be a cook I bother him about some recipe. He has chosen a local cuisine that he interprets and cooks with passion, he is keen to drink well and therefore offers his customers a very varied wine list. When he has the time he willingly passes between the tables for a chat, with the risk of my harassment.

02/09/2024: Stunning refuge under Monte Rosa and a very nice and super welcoming manager. The food is excellent!!! Tapulone with polenta to try! One of the best lodges I've ever visited. A true mountain refuge. To return.
