Delicious and beautifully presented food. The owner and staff were friendly, helpful, and available to explain each dish on the menu, making the choice simple and clear. Their wine pairing was excellent, thanks to their recommendations. The desserts were spectacular and delicious. A truly unique experience. We'll gladly return next time.

Excellent experience. I had lunch with relatives on Saturday, January 3rd, after searching for it online. The food was very well prepared, and the staff was engaging in explaining the dishes.

04/01/2026: Tried on 03/01/2026. Beautiful location 4 km from Vercelli. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. Delicious salami in fat as an entree. Excellent pumpkin flan with a light Taleggio fondue and delicious Martini di Boves raw meat with black truffle sauce and chickpea pâté. Incredible veal stew cooked slowly in Barolo and spices with creamed potatoes and a fantastic guinea fowl breast roll with juniper berry sauce. Fantastic almond, hazelnut, and pistachio semifreddo, salted and crunchy with caramel, and a wonderful millefeuille with Marsala zabaglione foam. Excellent wine list. Reasonably priced (desserts are expensive). Highly recommended.
