Nice place, located in a rather ugly peripheral area of ​​Vercelli. Good dishes but in my opinion a little too salty, given the positive reviews and the presence in the Michelin guide I expected more. Excellent desserts and pralines. The service is impeccable, attentive and courteous. Prices of dishes are average, wines are rather expensive

05/11/2025: Elegant hotel with Art Nouveau/late 19th century architecture, quiet and spiritual location among larch woods, excellent service and food
02/11/2025: The restaurant is very tastefully decorated, with branches hanging on the walls and cutwork curtains. The food is delicious and very well presented. I recommend the pumpkin tart with toma fondue and primrose bread, lasagna with porcini mushrooms and toma, and tagliolini with black truffle.
