Restaurant present in the Michelin guide, with a welcoming location but nothing too exaggerated, but the chairs are very comfortable. They offer a nice choice on the menu, both tasting and à la carte dishes; The choice of wines is a bit sparse.
From the menu we took two starters, including egg with Jerusalem artichoke cream and the "house" starter which included 6 dishes. Good but let's say that we can do better, especially in the dosage of salt.
The risottos on the other hand were incredible and very well made, as were the desserts. The second courses are also very good but with high flavour. The choice of cheeses to taste with cigars is also nice, and the corner dedicated to chocolate is also nice.
Quality/price ratio which is still very honest for everything you eat.
There is something to improve but a really good place, especially for risottos and desserts.

Nice place but nothing special, good service and very polite staff, I didn't find the food excellent, one inconceivable thing was to find a hair in the welcome, I didn't expect it from a restaurant in the Michelin guide, that evening moreover there was a dog that kept wandering around the room, at that point I connected that he had also gone to the kitchen and probably that hair came from him, for goodness sake I have nothing against animals but if you want to keep a certain level perhaps you also have to pay attention to certain details, risotto with mussels nothing special, good octopus, truly exceptional desserts, well presented dishes but not excellent on the palate we probably won't go back

An excellent classy place, where you can eat real delicacies, everything always taken care of down to the smallest detail, from unique combinations to refined dishes. Local dishes revisited and many beautiful innovations, such as the chocolate-based menu. If you want to make a good impression, here we are in one of the best clubs in the area. Desserts are all strictly handmade with very detailed explanations, and while you wait you can take advantage of a hot chocolate fountain to enjoy with some delicious biscuits. Not for everyone, but if you want to make a good impression, you can never go wrong here. There is also the hotel which is part of the structure, parking is easily found in front.

Restaurant that offers traditional Vercelli and Piedmontese dishes with some experimentation.
The presentation of the dishes and the service were much appreciated.
Good ideas and combinations even if in some cases the taste remains a little flat and does not exalt the palate.
Critical note on desserts. If you are not a chocolate lover you have no alternatives.
