What a fabulous time we had at Bislakko. We wanted to try risotto on a Thursday evening and we left there having had a marvellous experience thanks to Miriam. Miriam is great, not only she was very knowledgeable about food and wine but also she was kind and welcoming. She paired the food we were having with a magnificent white wine and recommended us to try some typical products from Piedmont. If you are around Vercelli and have a chance to go there, please do! Hopefully you won't be disappointed. I hope Miriam is there for you guys!!

We had lunch there yesterday by chance. You eat well while spending the right amount. You will find an excellent selection of wines and friendly, attentive and relaxed table service. Right timing also in the service. You will find land and sea dishes, although personally I would focus more on the land ones, which I chose and appreciated a lot. The desserts are highly recommended, the customer can choose them directly at the counter at the end of the meal. The chocolate waterfall where you can freely dip butter biscuits... it's a sweet treat. I recommend it!

Sublime, i piatti sono ricercati e curati nell’armonia dei sapori ed è difficile trovare in giro sapori del genere. L’offerta dei menù degustazione soddisfa ogni tipo di esigenza e i piatti che arrivano sono una sorpresa dietro l’altra. Nota a parte per la pasticceria WOW!!! vorresti tuffarti nella vetrina. Il prezzo è più che giusto per una qualità del genere. Consiglio se si vuole stupire.

Cucina Superlativa. Intrattenimento in sala Magistrale. Permettete un consiglio: se il godimento delle papille gustative fosse più lungo noi commensali ve ne saremmo tutti più grati. Grazie della magnifica serata.
