BIRROSTERIA "CINE...MA" In Matera

Everything perfect! Very friendly, helpful and very kind service. Very short wait, there is a vast choice on the menu including special and typical local dishes. I recommend trying the restaurant.

Cozy place, tastefully furnished, Pub model! Quiet and relaxing atmosphere! As soon as you enter you immediately feel a sense of hygiene and cleanliness! Six of us only had some fried potatoes, pizzas, wine, beer, sweets and bitters! Everything excellent! The pizza was really good and I actually didn't have any stomach acid that night! I would say medium low prices! We unanimously decided to return! Especially in the summer with the outdoor tables it will be wonderful! We recommend it!

Everything was delicious and the prices were really honest! Very welcoming place, friendly staff.

Recently we visited Matera, but chose to stay up the hill from the touristy part of the city. Nearby was the Birrosteria Cine ma and it was so wonderful we went back the next night, too. Food was excellent (including for me, who is vegan -- not as easy in Italy as one would expect), the owner delightfully personable. My friend and I have interest in Italian cinema and the posters, especially attuned to Matera, were captivating and put more on our list to watch back home.
