Family lunch on Meliga Day. It's a very popular place, so reservations are recommended. Service was fairly quick even though the place was busy. The staff was young and friendly. Excellent food and generous portions. Great attention was paid to one of us who is celiac and therefore requires special care to avoid cross-contamination. The wifi game was fun, allowing us to win a dessert (which we ate immediately, of course) and three bottles, which we could collect on our next visit.

Wide selection of beers.
The baked pork shank was good, but it cooled quickly.
The gluten-free burger bun was smaller than the regular one... that's understandable, considering it's a specialized product.
The burger was cooked a little too dry, and it wasn't requested when ordering.
The customer had to add a generous amount of sauce.
Gluten-free beer was available, but the customer was warned it could be contaminated... not nice.

Very good quality beer, brewed on site! We went during the day on a Tuesday and had to ring the doorbell twice for them to open the doors, but they welcomed us warmly! It's worth checking out and also offers a beer tasting, but you need to book in advance. We didn't eat because it wasn't the restaurant's opening hours.

A charming brewery at the foot of the Sacra di San Michele. Excellent craft beers, exquisite cuisine, including gluten-free options. The owner was very kind and gave us a tour of the brewery: a truly interesting experience! Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

A beautiful brewery located in a former cotton mill, at the foot of the Sacra di San Michele. A charming location, spectacular craft beers (named after operas), and excellent cuisine, including gluten-free options. The owner was very kind in showing us the brewery and telling us their story. They also organize events, including "A Day as a Brewer," to learn more about beer production. An experience not to be missed!

Wonderful brewery, excellent food, and fast, friendly waitresses. And after a lovely dinner, stepping out and seeing the Sacra illuminated is priceless. A great place to end your day after the many adventures you can have in the Susa Valley.

Menu interessante , birre spettacolari … solo che ogni piatto va dai 10 ai 18 euro e la birra da 0,40 lt viene 6€ … anche dividendo la cena in due si fa presto a sfiorare i 90€ di conto .
