Great burgers, excellent beer, worth trying at least once.

I went on a holiday for a car rally. There were over 100 of us, and the service was good. The price varies depending on what you choose for the menu. We had agreed on a club price.

The beer is excellent, it's a shame it's a bit expensive.

The brewery is located inside a perfectly restored old industrial building, with several references to famous operas, often giving their beers or dishes their names (the owner is probably a fan). The service is quick and professional, and the dishes are truly excellent (the meat-based ones, such as the pork shank or the Fassona burger, are highly recommended). Equally excellent is the wide selection of craft beers (including gluten-free ones), available both on tap and in bottles (they sell them if you like). The desserts are also very good (the Nutella birramisu is a delight). I recommend booking. The place has plenty of parking in front of the building. In my opinion, excellent value for money. Highly recommended, especially after a day of walking to the Sacra di San Michele above.

A beautiful setting, right at the foot of the mountain where the Sacra di San Michele stands. Good meat, a wide selection of beers, and friendly staff.

Excellent beer, average grilled meat, excellent service

The mixed salad with anchovies and the hamburger were both excellent. The beer was extraordinary.
