We stopped by chance at this brewery, it was a great choice!!!!! First of all, the kindness of the staff, then a succession of beautiful and tasty surprises, we ate excellent hamburgers, about the beer, there is no discussion, and while we were waiting for our hamburgers, a pleasant gentleman (Vito De Stefano) told us a bit of the history, both of the Brewery, and of the Sacra di San Michele, ...... wait for us, because we will stop by to visit you again when we pass by those parts!!!!

Came here after the Sacra di San Michele hike, I’d say although the food menu is short, it is tasty. But the beer is spectacular, they have several types to choose from. And after walking a couple of hours below the sun, the beer was refreshing. I’d recommend totally.

We really liked the atmosphere of the restaurant even though the room was quite noisy. The staff was pleasant. The burgers were delicious (the meat was succulent). We took the opportunity to buy bottles of beer, one of which we tasted during the meal.

Great food, the burgers are fantastic, and for what you pay, they're a great value for money.
The place is nice, and I think you'll be happy with a good burger and beer.

The food is excellent, as are the drinks (beer in particular). The service is average, like most places with a bit of organization. The only downside for me is the prices, because for a €14.50 sandwich, I'd throw a handful of fries (I don't think they have much of an impact on the price) onto the plate, which is also rectangular and has a completely empty portion (I think the fries were originally included). People would probably take a portion of fries for two or three people, since we're talking about a handful on a plate. Raising the prices is fine, but taking them away seems a bit excessive. It's a small touch that, in my opinion, would win them points and customers. That said, the food was excellent.

Let's start with something that really struck me:
The decor of the place, with all the interesting and most famous operas.
I've studied operas, so I appreciated it.
Even the names of the sandwiches are opera-related, but I came to them after having Don Giovanni, one of my favorite operas, even though it's a bit macabre.
The service was very friendly, nothing to complain about.
The food was good...
The burger was well cooked.
The seaweed fritters were excellent.
But the real surprise was the birramisu...
Truly everything was top-notch.
The prices are medium-high, but for once, you can do it!
Recommended!!!!!!!

Menu interessante , birre spettacolari … solo che ogni piatto va dai 10 ai 18 euro e la birra da 0,40 lt viene 6€ … anche dividendo la cena in due si fa presto a sfiorare i 90€ di conto .
Onestamente soddisfatti si’ ma non totalmente
