Great location near Saluzzo Academy Orchestra and in the old town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. English speaking if required. Food was lovely and good size plates.

Brewery with a “fresh” face, excellent selection of craft beers (self-produced) and food, delicious! Friendly staff, location, including the summer terrace, really beautiful. Recommended!

The beers raise the average a lot, really good. For the caliper it is better to cross out "Roman" because it is less than half the size of a real Roman caliper. The sandwich without chips is ok, but at least if you pay for them it's a real portion. The food is good and refined but the portions are those of a "gourmet" restaurant, not a pub.

Pub with one of the best beers in northern Italy, very good cuisine, typical of pubs. Every now and then theme evenings to liven up the charming Saluzzo.

The staff and the excellent service, friendly and welcoming, we had the burgers, the meat was excellent, the simple place is welcoming in a context which has its own reason in the historic centre.

26/05/2025: We came here thanks to a friend for dinner. We had a great time. Wide and varied menu, with focaccia, pizzas but also numerous dishes including first/second courses etc. We tried several dishes. Friendly and fast service. It was all excellent. Well-kept and clean place, with several rooms and privacy, also excellent for business dinners. In the center of Saluzzo, in an excellent location!

01/06/2025: Second time I return to this restaurant and it was even better than the first, this little place is a corner of paradise out of this world. Very original menu, rich and taking care of seasonality. There were 4 of us, we took 2 tasting menus and 6 a la carte dishes, everything really delicious! Very professional and elegant service. I can't wait to go back!
25/05/2025: Excellent vegan restaurant in San Biagio, a small hamlet of Mondovì. Tasting menu or à la carte, dishes prepared with seasonal and organic ingredients. We had a very good lunch in the outdoor area under umbrellas. Excellent value for money. Kind and helpful staff.
