Good food, fast and friendly service, a wide selection of excellent beers, easy parking, and a lovely atmosphere. What more could you want from a beer hall? Nothing, and in fact, it's a must-try in the Susa Valley. Just a small note about the paper menu: it's a bit too "dense" and hard to read, and it also lacks descriptions of the dishes and beers.
PS: On some weekdays, they have super promotions! (For example, 50% off all beers, or an all-you-can-eat BBQ ribs deal.)

A real brewery with some of the equipment on display. The food is good, the drinks are even better.

SORALAMÀ....the most!
It's been almost 10 years since I've been back, and I never expected it to deteriorate so drastically.
From a place where the beer is craft, I expect the food to be quality and more carefully selected.
A friend of mine and I had a Gofri... damn!!! I didn't think Gofri was the name of the pig!!!!
Let me explain:
On the menu, the photo of the Gofri shows a lovely "piadina" (yes, I know, Gofri isn't a heavy, gnarly gnarly piadina...) with lots of melted cheese and cooked ham that looked inviting and tasty.
What we got seemed to have been thawed out of the Neozoic, as if it had been implanted by a Trex in a non-binary hormonal phase (yeah, come on! Those beings who don't know whether to eat a sandwich or marry one and have Gofri kids with it—remember that crazy woman who married a puppet, right?!)
Anyway. I was saying:
These two gofris arrive.
There was a shrunken yellowish patch of the stringy cheese (the toma) that left me wondering for a moment: "Are you sure it was the cow's MILK that did this? Are you sure it was a cow?"
The ham: the ham was so sour and old that I thought at some point it would remove itself from the plate, sit down with us, and order... a ham and cheese GOFRI (that ham would probably do the same thing in turn...you know, in a sort of infinite loop!)
And the texture of the GOFRI????
Soft on the inside, like "that yellowish patch did something" and crunchy on the outside (which some might even think is a positive thing) that made you realize it was frozen.
A bit like that grandmother some of us once had, that grandmother who thought she could cook like Cracco, but her creations turned out the sgorbions you'd find in potato chips in the '90s.
Anyway, I'm sorry to have to give such a negative review, but the excellent quality of the beer should be matched by equal quality and attention to detail in the food.
The atmosphere, however, is nice and charming enough to convey the idea of a quality place.
Work on that, on the quality and freshness of the products; the potential has always been there.
It's like when the teacher said: "He's intelligent but he doesn't apply himself."

We went there last night, booked by local friends. I loved it, the food was good with lots of choices. I tried the Bosio beer and really liked it. I also tried other beers that the people at dinner with me drank, and I have to say they were all good. Finally, I tried the birramisu, which was good! I recommend it to everyone; the place is perfect for families, etc.

I loved the location. They have a lovely courtyard full of tables and host musical events. Upon entering, you pass by the beer tanks (which they produce) and go upstairs to eat. It's a beautiful and very unique place, bright, suitable for everyone, and with a warm atmosphere.
I had a Tantarobaburger and loved it. I would have preferred it to be made with a different type of bread because the soft one, in my opinion, devalues it and gradually becomes mushy as it absorbs the liquid from the food. The fries are delicious, but I think they're very salty. I highly recommend trying their delicious treats!

After the guided tour where they explained their beer production, we stopped at their restaurant.
We ate well; there was plenty to choose from, both for food and, of course, their beers.
A place worth stopping by to sample some good beers and spend a pleasant evening or lunch with friends.
