It's clearly a place run with great passion! Excellent craft beers, good food, and a great atmosphere. A must-see for beer enthusiasts (and non-beverages alike).

Very charming place In a residential area, among new buildings, the owners of this business, primarily a brewery, have created a beautiful space that welcomes customers in a truly charming setting. The walls belong to an old building, and the effect of the barrel vaults where you sit is truly charming. It vaguely reminds me of a place in the historic center of Ascoli Piceno that closed several years ago... Leopoldus... Anyway, returning to Babylon, the beers and food we tasted are truly high-quality. Congratulations. And congratulations also for managing to keep the prices low. For four of us, we spent just over 60 euros.

28/12/2025: A short trip out of town to Montedinove, with a coffee break at this little place just outside the historic center. Paired with our coffee, we tried the local tart, a truly delightful discovery, with a rustic pastry crust and a homemade almond filling. Highly recommended, also for the kindness of the staff, who introduced us to this delightful dessert.
10/11/2025: Great food and service from Fabio. One of our favorite bars for lunch.

10/09/2025: We found the small restaurant by chance. We would have preferred to eat there, but we couldn't and had to take it with us, but that didn't affect the quality. An excellent carbonara and a pasta with mushrooms, both dishes of a very high standard, accompanied by a delicious cheese platter. While we waited, he handed us a glass of wine on the house. Very friendly and apparently a football fan; some pictures of Ascoli Calcio and Ultras stickers adorned the entrance door. I didn't dare ask if I could hang up an Ultra Frankfurt sticker :) Greetings from Eintracht Frankfurt.
