Not just a brewery! In addition to having great beers they also have great dishes! The ribs are absolutely stratospheric, the lamb cooked with really good genepy, excellent desserts, you can feel that they care, that they do everything with care. In short, the ideal place if you want to have a beer or dinner, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent craft beers, service and environment. Too bad for the few vegan choices on the menu. Recommended for a stopover in the center of Aosta.

I had a frugal lunch. I found the draft beer very good. I chose a swing. Served in a mug with a nice foam cap... just how I like it. The fries are good, light and tasty. The pretzel served warm is good. Well done, keep it up.

27/12/2024: There were 4 of us for lunch, we waited a bit before our orders were taken but there was a bit of a mess so all in all it was understandable. Delicious foods. Fresh and excellent quality raw materials. The game platter accompanied by a glass of Carpe Diem and the chestnut soup are highly recommended! The desserts and second courses are also excellent! Absolutely excellent value for money. Large and convenient parking.
16/12/2024: An EXCEPTIONAL lunch. From Turin we wanted to go to a typical Aosta Valley restaurant and we were truly super satisfied. The best fondue I've ever tried. Compliments
