Restaurant serving pasta, pizza, and desserts made with flours suitable for those on a ketogenic diet. They also offer dishes made with regular flours. The dough and toppings are delicious. We had a crostino pizza and two first courses (gricia and pasta with shrimp, lime, and zucchini). Everything was delicious. The chef collaborated with a nutritionist and created a blend to make the flours taste good. The waiters are very young and a little inexperienced, but very polite. The atmosphere is refined but simple. The restaurant is located inside a sports center.

Really good ketogenic dishes, a paradise for those who are on this diet and have to stay on it for a long time. Definitely delicious carbonara, the pasta was excellent, cooked to perfection. The perfect sauce! The delicious cheesecake, undoubtedly keto for the freshness of the berries and the absence of sugar. I would have eaten 100 more dishes! Very disorganized service! Despite the online reservation we were not listed in the management system. They still made us sit without bringing us the menus, which we had to ask for after about fifteen minutes. Just as we asked to take our order because there was a lot of confusion. We ordered a pizza boscaiola and a keto carbonara, which arrived an hour after the order, after a waiter realized that we still hadn't eaten and sent the order again. Even bringing the drinks was complicated, as they had also mixed them up. The tables around us had the same problems. The place appears very nice, but neglected and not very refined. There were even some big spiders above our heads. The men's bathroom was a bit run down, the women's was perfect, new and clean. Prices were normal, low for keto food but high for service. Basically, the food was too good to be served that way.

We went to this place for an end of school year dinner. The owners, husband and wife, were very patient and helpful. Great professionalism from all the staff, always kind and smiling despite the great confusion. The pizza menu was excellent! We will definitely be back.

Taste expertise and a paradise for those on keto/low carb. Very nice place and in summer it will be even more so. Average prices for quality.
