What a unique experience! Small but very nice restaurant. The guys are kind and helpful. Discovered by chance, and being on Ketogenica I really wanted pasta. We took 3 starters, 2 first courses and 3 desserts...for two...and in the end they even gave us a €5.00 discount. Incredibly, after such a dinner I feel light, I ate food prepared expressly and it didn't seem protein-rich at all! We will definitely be back very soon! Well done guys!

We saw this place on Tik Tok and decided to try it since my partner has just finished the ketogenic diet. I was a little skeptical but curious to understand what it was about and I must say that it was a pleasant surprise. Friendly staff, the boy who served the tables was particularly attentive and nice, there was also another boy who I deduce was the owner, he was very attentive to customers in fact more than once he came to the table to ask for feedback. Excellent food, we highly recommend it and we will be back soon.

We needed a place like this in Rome. Even those who don't follow keto diets can eat there, Very nice and clean restaurant, excellent management, we really liked both the ketogenic and normal dishes, top keto beer, almost all of the appetizers we tried and were highly promoted, I recommend keto amatriciana and normal carbonara... Delicious grilled meat, excellent keto cheesecake. Four-legged friends allowed.

I don't usually write reviews but this place is worth it. Aside from the genius and originality of having thought of a restaurant that made ketogenic foods, the food is truly excellent. Ketogenic carbonara is superb with this homemade pasta. Not to mention the desserts!!! Cheesecake and chocolate cake, both excellent ketogenic and nothing to envy of traditional desserts. I was amazed and impressed by this place and by the owner's enthusiasm and everyone's courtesy. Thank you!

Those who follow a low carb or keto diet know how difficult it is to find some raw materials and cook them, so what DOC offers is surprising. Very good appetizers. Fantastic first courses of the Roman tradition and made with homemade keto pasta indistinguishable from "normal" at a negligible price. Tasty desserts. Plus we took advantage of a promo that included a starter, first course and dessert for €25, all accompanied by fast and friendly service, we couldn't ask for more. It will be a point of reference for us in the future!

14/02/2025: Abbiamo adorato TUTTO: dal locale piccolo, intimo e tranquillo all’accoglienza calorosa e informale ma sempre elegante, passando per i nomi geniali dei piatti… e ovviamente i piatti stessi: sensazionali, un gioco continuo di tradizione e sperimentazione, sapori semplicemente fantastici. Lo chef Golino, poi, è un padrone di casa eccezionale. È stata la nostra prima volta qui, e non vediamo l’ora di tornare.
28/01/2025: For me, a 4.9 average on google maps is really high, but this restaurant definately deserves this high value. The food is innovative, interesting, and combines flavours I have never had before. The service is amazing and the chef Andrea is friendly, engaged and interested in his customers. Lastly, it is a lot of fun to be able to watch the kitchen preparing the food. Only worrying thing is that, I, as a Dutch person, hope that I wasn't judged for the way I ate my pasta ;) I forgot to make pictures of the dishes, because it was already gone before I remembered to take one. However, the menu offers a good visual food reference. Would recommend people to eat here!
