I was there for Halloween night...of all the dishes, only one was good, the meat was cold, the portions were miserable and the wine, not even the one from Eurospin was that bad.

Restaurant serving pasta, pizza, and desserts made with flours suitable for those on a ketogenic diet. They also offer dishes made with regular flours. The dough and toppings are delicious. We had a crostino pizza and two first courses (gricia and pasta with shrimp, lime, and zucchini). Everything was delicious. The chef collaborated with a nutritionist and created a blend to make the flours taste good. The waiters are very young and a little inexperienced, but very polite. The atmosphere is refined but simple. The restaurant is located inside a sports center.

30/05/2025: December 31, 2022. Spending New Year's here with my ex-girlfriend; it's almost been three years. The steak was delicious, and the waiter's enthusiastic explanation of the wine and steak was excellent. I'll definitely go back next time I'm in Italy.

This restaurant hasn't just maintained its high standards; it has surpassed them. The moment we walked in, we were met with exceptional care and warmth. The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. This level of attentiveness, combined with the superb food, made such an impression that we felt compelled to return not once, but twice, during our Rome trip. It's rare to find a place that consistently delivers such a memorable dining experience. Al Vero Girarrosto Toscana is, without a doubt, a must-visit for anyone seeking outstanding Tuscan cuisine and impeccable service in Rome.

07/03/2026: The aperitif buffet was excellent and varied, offering pasta, meat, vegetables, pizza, fried foods, and more, including drinks. A particularly positive aspect was the microwave available to heat up food if needed. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back!
03/03/2026: Breakfast. I was eating a croissant and cappuccino. It was too runny, not creamy, and I'd barely finished it. Breakfast, which was unthinkable. While I was sitting, a girl cleared everything away without asking if she could, and then cleaned the crumbs off the table, washing it while I was still sitting. She also cleared away the cappuccino that was still in the cup. Unfortunately, this bar often has subpar staff. The croissant was decent.
