We had the pleasure of dining at Bioesseri in Palermo and the experience was truly fantastic. The place is warm and welcoming, with an intimate atmosphere that makes you immediately feel at home. The modern and refined design creates a perfect environment for a relaxing but refined dinner. As for the food, every dish was a discovery! We started with the octopus and burrata, a truly delicious combination, with the tender and tasty octopus marrying perfectly with the creaminess of the burrata. The meat tartare was fresh and well seasoned, with a truly excellent quality of meat. The Milanese risotto was creamy and perfectly balanced in flavour, while the stuffed squid surprised us with its delicacy and the freshness of the ingredients. The service was impeccable, with the staff friendly and attentive without ever being intrusive. It is clear that at Bioesseri a lot of attention is paid to the quality of the ingredients, and each dish is prepared with passion and care.

Too crowded place...tables too close together, poor ventilation system...the oven in the same room sacrifices the environment. Too strong smells that don't make you breathe. Windows closed!!!! We asked for some ventilation but were told that in December there is no air conditioning. Too bad... they are not well organised. You ask for an account and... you run away

Cozy place, even if a little cold. Attentive and fast staff. Dishes presented well. All good, having read the many positive reviews, I expected a little more. Average prices.

Excellent restaurant with a refined menu and excellent service. And if you prefer, they also make excellent pizzas, unexpectedly good for a restaurant, among the four or five best in Palermo!

This place is located in a secondary artery, compared to the main street, which is Via Libertà... It is located near the 704 bus terminus... An area which is still part of Palermo's living room.... I recommend this place.... is elegant and informal at the same time, it enjoys an outdoor area, where, in this period, you can enjoy a break.... as it is also equipped with small pads to cover yourself.... I have enjoyed a sweet whose taste I remember perfectly... wonderful... puff pastry with strawberries... When I went to the checkout I immediately complimented them....I was told that everything was made by them. You can enjoy excellent centrifuged juices... you can also drink excellent wine... I noticed the presence of various bottles... I recommend it..... Highly... If I have to make a very small note.... I recommend taking care of a the toilets are a little better, especially the ladies.... Clean, but with a toilet seat. Not really intact.... I repeat clean.....

Today we went for lunch, beautiful place, very friendly staff and delicious dishes prepared with care. My daughter felt ill during lunch and the staff immediately worked to help us by finding a very important medicine for her. We had to run away without finishing our dishes and, understanding the situation, they didn't make us pay the bill. I thank you for the great gesture you have made towards us and I assure you that we will return at a calmer time. Thank you so much.

Location elegante ed accogliente in centro a Palermo. Ottima la formula pranzo settimanale. Provati spaghetti di soia con gamberi e verdure e polpette al sugo. Buono anche il gelo di melone e il caffè. Si paga ma anche la qualità

Locale molto ordinato, pulito, a pochi passi dal Politeama. Personale giovane e dinamico.... abbiamo provato la pizza, veramente ottima! Molto buono il rapporto qualità prezzo
