I had dinner at Bioesserì and had a very up-and-down experience. I ordered two dishes from their "classic" menu, namely the veal with tuna sauce and the pork cheek, both very good and I would definitely order again. Then I ordered two special arancini offered for Santa Lucia, but I was extremely disappointed. They were huge, the rice was undercooked, the filling was minimal, and the breading fell off, almost inedible. It's a shame because it ruins the goodness of the previous dish. I wonder, if you're not good at making something, why do you offer it at your restaurant for double the price, passing it off as gourmet... just to catch the current trend? The restaurant was very crowded, and I found the service a bit chaotic.

I had dinner at this restaurant, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of my expectations. The place is tidy and unpretentious, probably more suited to a quick lunch than dinner. The service is efficient and punctual, which is definitely a plus. The menu is varied and the overall quality is decent, but the dishes are rather ordinary, lacking any flavors that stand out. In particular, the vitello tonnato was very dry, and the accompanying sauces were a bit off, as were those paired with the fried cheese, which didn't enhance the flavor. Overall, a satisfactory experience, but with several areas for improvement.

A well-kept and well-attended establishment. The price-quality ratio isn't ideal...you feel like you're paying more for the time spent in the restaurant than for the actual food. Parking is available in the blue-striped street parking spaces.

16/03/2026: 5 stars!!! Very beautiful and welcoming place!! The staff were courteous, friendly, and very professional. The music was very pleasant, and the location was very strategic. We had a wonderful meal, and the cocktails were expertly crafted!
12/02/2026: A very beautiful and quaint place, with attention to detail. We opted for the aperitif option; the food was good, average, nothing spectacular, but that's what we expected for an aperitif. The Spritz could be improved. We'll be back to try other dishes.

05/11/2025: We celebrated my daughter's birthday once again. It's enough to mention the reservation: at my first mention, the response was "I'll say yes, call me tomorrow and we'll make the arrangements." Then, on site, as always, the staff were professional and the wait times were more than decent (on a Saturday, for 11 young people and 4 other guests at a separate table). Everyone, from the manager to the staff, was always helpful and pleasant. The atmosphere was pleasant, as always. The pizza was very good and easy to digest, as always. Thank you, and let's leave aside some of the scathing reviews.
02/11/2025: When I first entered I asked if they made gluten-free pizzas and if the dough was frozen, they told me that the gluten-free dough was not frozen but they bought it from elsewhere, when the pizzas arrived we were perplexed because it was the classic frozen gluten-free pizza biscuit base and it wasn't great, for the rest it was fine, the courteous staff and the good toppings but don't ask to add the sausage because they put it on my sister whole to make the minimum effort
