Bioesserì Palermo is a culinary experience that deserves to be tried. I had the pleasure of having lunch here with some friends and we were all extremely satisfied.
The restaurant is designed with attention to every detail, with a refined and welcoming atmosphere. The decor creates a pleasant atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing lunch or a special dinner.
The portions are generous and the quality of the food is excellent. Each dish is prepared with fresh, top-quality ingredients, enhancing the natural flavours.
The staff is professional, attentive and friendly.
The quality-price ratio is adequate for the standard of the place. Prices are average for a restaurant of this level, considering the high quality of the food and service offered.
I highly recommend Bioesserì Palermo to anyone looking for a high-level gastronomic experience in a refined environment. Perfect for a lunch with friends, a romantic dinner or a special occasion.

We went for dinner twice and for lunch once. Always good food, fast service, very busy day but the waiters were very good. I recommend it

We eat excellent pizza, the environment is relaxing, with the choice of 1 star for the service simply because on a graduation evening, when you bring the cake and a bottle of sparkling wine, the expected cost to serve the sparkling wine brought by us is 20 euros, and consequently we took the same bottle sold by them for 33 euros. In addition to the cake service which costs 2 euros per person and the menu does not specify whether the cost is per person or not.
However, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Really good desserts and an exceptional place to have a snack. Unfortunately I can't say the same about dinner: I had a pizza and was really disappointed, I didn't like it at all even though I'm a fan of thin crust pizza. As an appetizer they also asked us if we wanted panelle or chips... they brought us panelle shaped like chips...

Este siempre ha sido mi lugar favorito para ir a comer cornetto, pero no puedo resistir el hecho de que los hombres que trabajan aquí son en su mayoría groseros, indiferentes. El problema es que me encanta comer aquí, y la mayoría del personal es bueno, pero es la tercera vez que son groseros conmigo. Lamentablemente, no podía saber sus nombres, pero estaban parados cerca de la caja registradora.
¿Qué ha pasado hoy? Tuve un problema urgente, y en lugar de ayudarme, me dijeron que nada de Wi-Fi estaba disponible, y luego me dijeron que no van a ayudar de todos modos, no quieren compartir la conexión a Internet a través de hotspot.
Podría no ser útil, pero si pudieran al menos amable y educado, estaría más o menos bien, pero es su trabajo ser siempre respetuoso, educado y servicial. Me encantaría hablar con el gerente.
