For many years now, we have returned to the HOTEL KAUFMANN for our holidays. We feel very comfortable here, and after 15 years of family vacations, our children have grown up here as if it were their second home. The outstanding cuisine deserves special mention. Dear Fabian, we owe it to you that the food always tastes so good to ALL of us, and we can't wait to enjoy your delicious treats. Everything is always fresh, homemade, and organic!! Everything is perfectly prepared. It couldn't be better, thank you so much! It should also be mentioned that the outdoor pool has become a very successful constantly improving addition to your oasis of well-being. The entire hotel exudes a very pleasant tranquility, and the commendable cleanliness, as well as the comfortable furnishings, always make it a relaxing stay for us. ... It was fantastic, beautiful rooms, very friendly service, a varied and delicious breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, we could only stay one night, but I've saved the address for my next longer stay in South Tyrol. Thank you for your kindness.

The breakfast was truly outstanding – everything made from pure organic products and prepared with love. The service was also exceptionally friendly and warm, making you feel immediately welcome. The location is ideal: very central to the town, yet pleasantly quiet. We didn't use the pool and garden, but they looked very nice and well-maintained. It was a bit of a shame that the room was a bit dated and a bit musty. It was clean, but the bathroom could use some updating. Overall, a lovely stay with great service and a delicious breakfast!

A very nice hotel in the heart of Auer Ora, a small town in South Tyrol. There are many little things to see in the surrounding area, especially wine tastings. The hotel itself offers a cozy atmosphere, excellent organic food, and beautiful, clean rooms with plenty of comfort. The garden features a natural pool with super-fresh water for swimming without chemicals, as well as a sundeck for hot summer days and a large, green garden with plenty of space for children to relax or play. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the owners are also very kind people who always strive to make their guests' stay as pleasant and high-quality as possible. This is a perfect place for both long and short stays, for young and old, for nature lovers and sports enthusiasts, as well as for those looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Breakfast was served in the house, with a wide selection, homemade local specialties, and friendly service. One thing to note about the apartment is that it's a bit dated. It was certainly clean and well-maintained, but the furniture is outdated, the bed very hard, and the shower a bit oddly constructed. Thankfully, though, there are fly screens on the windows. The furnishings lack anything that could make it cozy and feel like they've been slapped together from old furniture. The price is almost too high for that.

We booked this hotel for a stopover and felt very comfortable. The reception was always approachable and open to families with helpful tips. The breakfast was small but still offered something for everyone. Very family-friendly, and the pool was truly refreshing. Parking is easy at the hotel.
