We stayed for one night, but it is definitely worth staying longer. The place is based on values of environmental quality and sustainability, and it is simply exciting to visit places like this... The room we stayed in was modest but well-invested and well-maintained. The dinner was simply masterful, such clever use of simple ingredients, creative and simply delicious! The breakfast is also generous and very refreshing. In addition, there is a eco store with a selection of products and even a small café. For those who visit in the summer or during warmer months, there is a natural pool, which was fascinating to see. Highly recommended.

I spent another week there, and it was sensational! Great (star-rated) cuisine, amazing breakfast, no cars, friendly other guests, a wonderful natural pool, everything organic and home-grown, and a top-notch farm shop. I'd love to go back! It's worth the (higher) price! 👍🏼

Posto incantevole, ricercato in cui la cura del dettaglio è la protagonista curata da una grande maestria da parte della titolare Paola ed il marito Carlo. Personale molto cordiale e gentile pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza dell'ospite. Prodotti coltivati ad agricoltura biodinamica di eccellente qualità la cui Chef stellata propone nella splendida cornice del ristorante biologico. Atmosfera rilassante in cui il contatto con la natura è portato ad un livello eccellente di rispetto ed armonia.Ritorno nuovamente ad agosto ...

We have been spending a week at Il Cerreto for 10 years now, punctually, at the end of June: it is confirmation that the structure is nothing short of recommendable. ALL the very kind and helpful staff, exceptional breakfast and restaurant for dinner, the beauty of the views in the photos is amplified "live"... the unparalleled bio lake. And what about the baker who makes the bread that will be served and cooks it in the wood oven... A paradise!

An experience to repeat and recommend. The place is a paradise surrounded by greenery, an enviable location, the dishes that were offered to us are a delight for the palate and the staff is attentive and very friendly and nice. It was a beautiful experience to repeat and recommend. Thanks to all of you.

A special agriturismo: Breakfast and dinner are 100% organic, Demeter. A Michelin-starred chef cooks here to a high standard. The breakfast buffet is very varied, and dinner is available either as a set menu or à la carte, for around €40. (After a week at the latest, you'll have gotten to know all the dishes.) A non-alcoholic aperitif is available upon request. The service is very attentive and friendly. The Michelin-starred chef is also very welcoming and welcoming to her guests (she speaks German). Our room had air conditioning and was attractively furnished with a separate bedroom. The natural swimming pool with sunbathing lawn is a lovely place to relax. There is also a very well-stocked organic shop on the farm, where you can also enjoy a snack inside or outside. The espresso in the restaurant doesn't really match my experience with espressos at other places in Italy. Pisa is not far away, and the sea is about a 40-minute drive away. An all-around pleasant and quiet place.

Nonostante la nostra più che ventennale frequentazione di questa zona, abbiamo scoperto per caso solo ora questo ristorante. Che dire: location molto bella, immersa nel verde e tranquillissima. Cenare all'aperto già a metà maggio, è davvero una goduria e con vista su un bel tramonto è ancora meglio. Anche la parte di ospitalità, in un bel complesso ristrutturato e con biolago, sembra avere tute le carte in regola per regalare un soggiorno rilassante (che non non abbiamo però testato di persona). Menù interessante e cibo ottimo! Piatti molto curati sia dal punto di vista estetico che dal punto di vista del gusto: davvero deliziosi, saporiti e golosi. La lista dei vini mi è sembrata completa (ma l'ho solo sfogliata velocemente) e interessante la birra artigianale proposta, davvero buona. Personale molto cordiale e sorridente con cui è piacevole intrattenersi a chiacchierare , sia i 2 giovani ragazzi che servivano al tavolo sia lo chef, Sig.ra Maria. Unico piccolo appunto (ma ben compensata dalla loro gentilezza) è una piccola mancanza nel servizio: per esempio si sono dimenticati di portarci il pane :-) A onor del vero però, non so se per questo motivo, non abbiamo nemmeno trovato il costo del coperto nel conto! Nel complesso ottima esperienza che rifaremo sicuramente e che ci sentiamo di consigliare!
