Excellent, quality products. A recommended stop both for tasting cured meats and cheeses and for taking a piece of Val d'Orcia home with you. Excellent selection of local wines. The highlight of the cured meats tasting experience is their warm focaccia!

An informal lunch with friends to eat well, laugh, and joke. Also great for a quick snack. Easy to get to and just outside Pienza, the prices are fair and the food is excellent. I highly recommend it.

We stopped for a delicious porchetta and pecorino sandwich and a glass of red wine. We sat at the tables outside the shop, where we later purchased their products: pecorino cheese, ragù, biscotti... they have so much more! Just outside the center of Pienza, it's definitely worth a visit.

A true taste experience! The Enzo Bindi Salumi e Formaggi shop offered us a truly unforgettable experience. We had the pleasure of tasting a selection of top-quality artisanal products, all delicious, accompanied by excellent wine. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Special thanks go to Gabriele, the owner's son, who looked after us with great passion, making us feel at home and guiding us through his delicacies. We purchased cured meats and wine to take home, happy to be able to relive a bit of this experience at home. Fair prices and great customer service: a perfect place for both a tasting and a great purchase. Highly recommended!
