This shop selling typical products not far from the center of Pienza is truly fantastic. Equipped with convenient parking, you can find everything inside. Among cured meats, cheeses, wines and much more you are truly spoiled for choice. The staff is very kind, they vacuum-packed everything without charging extra. The quality is clearly excellent. I will definitely order online again once I finish what I bought locally. Highly recommended.

Super. Delicious cold cuts of all types, a choice of pecorino from soft fresh to seasoned with a taste to decide, all vacuum-packed for takeaway. Upon entering the shop you are surrounded by an inebriating scent...You can taste everything on site both outdoors and indoors. With platters full of delicacies of your choice. Really excellent!

Eccezionale sosta alle porte di Pienza: se siete alla ricerca di sapori veri da norcineria toscana e vi trovate a Penza non vi potete perdere il tagliere di Bindi. Appena fuori dal paese, con la possibilità di parcheggiare, trovate la salumeria di Bindi Enzo. Pecorini di produzione propria eccezionali e salumi di una qualità veramente notevole. Il tutto ovviamente accompagnato da un buon calice. Veramente bravi, passione di famiglia che si percepisce e si gusta.

Posto inaspettatamente magnifico. Poco prima del centro di Pienza, poco affollato ma davvero eccezionale. Taglieri tipici con prodotti di altissima qualità. Personale gentilissimo. Vino sublime. Straconsigliato!

21/12/2024: Second best Michelin restaurant I've tried. Had the 8 course (which is more like 11 after all the extras) with wine pairing. Dishes are creative, sometimes adventurous. Even when average there is something to appreciate. Service is attentive but not overwhelming. Wine pairing is great. Prices are unusually affordable for a Michelin star. The atmosphere is okay, the music isn't loud and you can't hear other tables' discussions unless you want to. If you're in the area definitely give this a try. It might not blow you away on all dishes, but it will be a very fine dinner all in all. Oh and for reviewers who said the staff was arrogant, that is far from the truth in my experience. Everyone was friendly.
17/11/2024: We spent a special evening here! Food here is in a league of its own! Anyone who is willing to spend a little more will be offered a very special experience. The bread that accompanies the food deserves a special mention, it is extremely good and homemade!

10/12/2024: Sono stato qui per lavoro la scorsa settimana per una cena molto tranquilla e sono finito a degustare un fiorentina da 1,8 kg che era la fine del mondo!! Non ho mai mangiato carne più buona. Un cameriere simpaticissimo e il figlio del titolare ci hanno consigliato un ottimo vino locale. Per finire abbiamo assaporato un ottimo panettone classico con crema pasticcera calda. Per finire un'ottima grappa bianca. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti. Consiglio l'orario intorno alle 19:30.
