A must-see for any Harry Potter fan in the Bergamo area. Every space is themed, from the entrance with the sorting hat to the bathrooms featuring Myrtle's voice. Extensive pub-style menu. Everything was good except the braised beef, which was a bit too fatty. The themed desserts were fantastic. The service staff were all young and professional. Perhaps the exterior could be improved, a bit kitsch...

I was there yesterday.... Beautiful place, evocative animated paintings, delicious food, and EXCELLENT value for money, with children dressed as wizards (very polite, by the way). I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND...

We were there today, December 13th, to celebrate my son's birthday... The atmosphere was welcoming and everything was perfectly Harry Potter-style... The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. I thank them all for making us feel truly at home... The food was good and varied, from appetizers to burgers, kids' menus, desserts, and everything else... We'll definitely be back with great pleasure, even to stay overnight... Thank you so much for everything.

A fantastic location for Harry Potter fans! There are three themed rooms, and even the bathroom holds secrets. Quality food; we tried the burgers and fries, and they were delicious! Soft bun, juicy burger, and rustic-cut fries. The desserts are also worth it; they look like works of art, again Harry Potter-themed! Prices are average for the location and quality of the food. Highly recommended!

Extremely friendly staff, excellent food, and a refined atmosphere. We dined in the Forbidden Forest room and also stayed overnight since we were a bit tired from getting back on the road. As for the bedroom, the value for money is a bit lower than in the pub. The room wasn't cheap, €150 including breakfast, which was supposed to be a buffet but was basically missing everything (a croissant and a coffee from the machine), a very hard bed, and a poorly functioning sink drain. Superb cleanliness, clean, and fragrant rooms, but the overnight stay was a bit overpriced for the hotel service offered. We'll be back for dinner when we're in the area. We recommend a bed topper; at that price, it's worth it.

Everything was very nice, from the entrance to the service, the courtesy of the staff, and above all, the quality food. However, I have a piece of advice for the staff in general, in other words, the owners of the place. The decor is missing something that makes you say WOW. I WOULD ADD AT LEAST THE THREE KEY CHARACTERS FROM THE FILM IN LIFE-SIZE. SILENT Voldemort AND, OF COURSE, HARRY. IN THE BACKGROUND, I WOULD PLAY DIALOGUES FROM THE SAME FILM AS AMBIENT NOISE. I WOULD PLAY THE CARRIAGES OF THE TRAIN TO HOSWART WITH PLATFORM 9 3/4 IN ONE SIDE OF THE LARGE ROOM, CHARGING A SMALL EXTRA CHARGE FOR THE PRIVATE AREA. AND, LAST BUT, I WOULD DIM THE LIGHTING (THERE'S TOO LIGHT IN THE ROOM). THIS IS NOT A CRITIC BUT THIS IS WHAT I WOULD EXPECT FOR THE WOW. CONGRATULATIONS ❤️❤️❤️
