Not exactly a cheap place, but the prices are largely justified by the quality of the products, here you can find all types of bread, pizzas, focaccias, all very good, and above all, expertly made, not the usual junk that ends up rising in the stomachs of customers. Highly recommended

This place is incredible. My highlight of Genoa by far. The service is the best I have ever received in Italy. The La Tasca sandwich was incredible. I came back here multiple times for it. Grazie Billi!

bread is available in various types. very good in flavour. quite heavy so be prepared to spend. the focaccia, on the other hand, is terrible, soft and bad (and not given as a gift). looking at the counter from the front, the focaccia was on the right. it was around 10.15am, I asked for a piece of focaccia and was charged on the receipt as Ligurian focaccia, around 2 euros for a piece.

01/07/2025: The first time I went by chance, without a reservation, luckily they had room, a great discovery! Returned and will return! Excellent dishes, prepared and very friendly staff!
25/05/2025: For arriving less than half an hour before closing time I would say excellent service and medium-high quality of all the dishes served! Ribs clearly not freshly prepared but still more than sufficient, excellent tartare and equally cut, I was very pleased with the availability of the chef despite the late hour and I got up from the table satisfied! My mother with somewhat difficult tastes was happy in the end (and that's no small thing) Thanks Grit! Price in line
