Fantastic place, cocktails adapted to Sicilian flavors are a must-try (the bartender is a genius). After the cocktail, you absolutely have to stop for lunch; the food is excellent—one of the best dinners of our visit to Trapani: the creativity doesn't stop at the cocktails; the dishes are carefully crafted, and the result is truly exceptional. The guys who run it are incredibly friendly and helpful; it was not only a pleasant experience, but also an educational one.

What pleasantly surprised me most was the tuna steak - it was not only delicious but generously sized and very filling. Special thanks go to Alessandro, the bartender, whose creativity is truly extraordinary. His cocktails aren't just drinks, but true experiences: original, balanced, and crafted with great skill and passion. It's rare to find someone who manages to combine technique and imagination so well. A huge compliment also goes to Giuseppe, the owner, for his friendliness, professionalism, and dedication. You can clearly sense how much he cares about both his customers and his staff, creating a welcoming, authentic, and personality-filled atmosphere. Finally, I'd like to mention the gorgeous waitress with her curly hair and infectious smile. Her kindness, positive energy, and extraordinary attitude made every visit even more enjoyable. Always smiling, attentive, and helpful, she perfectly embodies the concept of hospitality. When you combine excellent food, creative cocktails, and such a passionate team, the result is simply special. Bik Bak is a true gem in San Vito Lo Capo, and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area. I will definitely be back.
