One of the few places open for dinner in Messina (outside the city center) on August 15th. We tried various rustici and the Messina-style rice sfinci, all good, but they really do everything. There's a counter and a few tables inside. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent prices.

Usual stop for the typical Messina focaccia with tuma, scalora riccia and cherry tomatoes. The logistics are perhaps not the best, however making it convenient for those who reside in the area. The place is small and basic. However recommended
