I had a great experience at Big Ben Cafe! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, but what really stood out was the staff — absolutely awesome. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was just right from the moment I walked in. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Whether you're just grabbing a coffee/drink or a quick snak, the service here makes all the difference. Highly recommended!
