Really excellent and a lovely welcome

What can I say, I will gladly go back... Honest.

We went to this beautiful beer garden/fortress for my birthday. The reservation was quick and efficient on the website, as I was given what I requested (a table in the children's area). However, the thing that kept us from fully enjoying our day was the service: the waiters were either too absent (the place wasn't busy since it was lunchtime) or too present, so much so that they waited (at the table) to clear your plate while you were just finishing your last bite. ANXIETY!!! We were even asked if we wanted dessert while we were still eating our dishes. More of a marathon than a lunch. Overall, the place is very nice, with a beautiful view and very close to Lake Garda, but in terms of friendliness (the welcome) and service, everything needs to be reconsidered given that it's a tourist area.

The only flaw that I didn't want to penalize because it can happen that you find a hair in the meat and that I ordered a bitter and I had asked for only one ice cube, for the rest everything was perfect.

The restaurant is located inside a very well-maintained Austrian fortress. The atmosphere is very pleasant, the service is standard, the menu is reasonably priced, the food is good, and the beer is excellent. I'd add the option of replacing the chicken and ribs with pork shank in the Festung dish, to give it a more South Tyrolean feel.

We come to the area often, but this was our first visit to Bierstube, recommended by friends. We had a great time; the place is spacious and charming, and the food is excellent and plentiful! We tried the Trentino platter and the Frstung platter, and it was all delicious. Excellent value for money, highly recommended! We'll definitely be back again when we visit the area.

A magical place that takes you back in time. Breathtaking views and beautiful sunsets The food, then, is a delight. The pork shank is fantastic, but the pork ribs are nothing short of spectacular, and the prices are competitive. 👍 We'll definitely be back. A well-deserved 5 stars 👍
