Bibendum, the elegant living room of Pistoia, a perfect combination of originality, history and quality. Baldovino's new proposal, inside the historic and emblematic Palazzo Cancellieri, is fresh, young, selected and offers a revisited menu of cocktails and drinks, which draws inspiration from the historical context in which the cellar is set, just like a precious pearl . There are few tables to favor a more intimate and private atmosphere, for those who do not prefer crowded places. A fine wine list that can be accompanied with a well-balanced and well-studied selection of finger food. I recommend the Hemingway cocktail with maraschino, with a fresh and dry tone, and the classic, but not too classic, Martin cocktail. The sensation that is perceived inside the venue is that of a Viennese café, where artists and writers meet, consuming, in addition to drinks, their time and space. Highly recommended.

Magnifique hotel particulier avec deux restaurants..celui-ci plutôt bar a vin varié avec de belles pépites ..côté restauration plat simple mais goutteux..très bon rapport qualité prix
