Sublime in taste and consistency of its excellent Blue Rare cooking point. But what drove me crazy was the wild boar, my favorite dish since I was little! I place Biancospino among the top 10 places in my life where I have eaten meat, without a shadow of a doubt. The friendliness, friendliness and professionalism of the owner is something unique. "Bianco Spino" is a really cozy and nice place! The service is super and the waiting times are perfect. I tried the tagliatelle with truffle and the baked sea bass, both delicious and prepared with fresh ingredients. The wine was great and completed the meal great. If you are looking for a good restaurant for a special evening, this is the right place!
