I've been back several times, this explains everything! It is a restaurant with few seats in a large space, therefore very quiet and relaxing, the staff pampers you and can advise you very well. Returning several times I was able to taste many fantastic dishes and wines, all of a high standard. Excellent value for money, considering a very high quality. If I were to return to Trieste I will be happy to sit at their table again.

I went a week ago for the first time with a friend of mine and my dog. It is not a restaurant like the others, when you enter, despite the beauty and elegance of the place, they immediately make you feel at ease, the staff are truly friendly and knowledgeable and have explained and advised us on anything we asked for. Super super kind. We ate 2 appetizers with patanegra lard, with truffle flakes, then a 1.1kg rib eye whose name I can't remember but very good served with the burners underneath to regulate the cooking, side dishes at will, spectacular red wine, 2 sorbets and 2 spectacular desserts... All well combined and above all delicious...

As part of my 40th birthday, Valentina offered me this food and wine experience where we not only found refined flavors but also personalized, highly professional service from the male waiter, who very kindly recommended options that we were very happy with. The quality of the dishes and their careful presentation give this place a 5-star rating. The pappardelle with wild boar is an explosion of flavor and creaminess in the mouth while the millefeuille was the perfect conclusion to a perfect lunch... the custard melted on the tongue, contrasting with the crunchiness of the layers of pastry. Taglio di carne danese eccellente e presentato in modo impeccabile. Servizio senza sbavature. Da apprezzare l'onestà del personale di sala che prima di servirmi la carne (il prezzo era all'etto) mi ha fatto sapere quanto avrei pagato esattamente. Tornerò sicuramente

LOCATION: central location with difficult parking, clean and well-kept environment with few seats MENU: excellent quality of raw materials, very good meat second courses SERVICE: big basic errors, place with many empty tables which put us stuck at one of the few occupied tables, extremely slow service even considering the few customers present, smart and friendly waiter BILL: adequate for the quality of the food and the location but not for the service, shame that they did not provide the detailed receipt but only the total

A gem in Via Diaz. The impeccable service, I thank Marian for following us from start to finish. Small warm environment you feel at home wow. Armchairs, sofas, mirrors, frames, I love these environments. Let's talk about the dishes, they are presented well and well prepared, Patanegra lard melts in the mouth, a delight for the palate. The first courses were very good, excellent tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and truffle, a mix of very fluid flavours...... The rest, fillet to try, a delight for the palate..... In the end an excellent Jamaican rum aged 15 years. We will return to try at least one kg of meat on the grill 🤭 The bill was excellent A beautiful list of wines, rums, etc We left happy and tipsy....

The waiter with curly hair was a really nice person and was very friendly ! He explained to me every meal on the cart and had a great advice for us ! He chose the perfect meal for me. The Food was extremly good ! It was a wonderful evening ! Thanks a lot - greetings from Austria (Vienna)
