A truly successful dinner. All high-level dishes prepared with excellent quality ingredients. But Micol's service should absolutely be underlined: kind, patient and polite with everyone. Very knowledgeable on all dishes and also on wines. He assisted us in that culinary journey with sympathy and elegance.

I've been back several times, this explains everything! It is a restaurant with few seats in a large space, therefore very quiet and relaxing, the staff pampers you and can advise you very well. Returning several times I was able to taste many fantastic dishes and wines, all of a high standard. Excellent value for money, considering a very high quality. If I were to return to Trieste I will be happy to sit at their table again.

A group of us met here for dinner on our first night in Trieste. The food was excellent and clearly prepared with care. The staff were friendly, but the one small ding is that they got a couple of our orders wrong. They quickly remedied things, however, and therefore I still give them a five because the meal was amazing.

One of the better prepared meats in Trieste and Istria. Precisely and perfectly prepared steaks and vegetables maybe even better. The waitress knows exactly what she is serving, the red wine she suggested really went well with the food ordered. Absolutely no objections. Warm recommendation. Pay attention to reservations, better by phone or email, because online reservations don't really work,...

Enchanting place a stone's throw from the square, quiet and very private atmosphere. We wanted to do a tasting of appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts. Which were really excellent accompanied by a 2021 Castelvecchio wine which was presented to us by the owner very carefully. I highly recommend going there

Welcoming and elegant atmosphere, friendly and competent staff, excellent quality cuisine, excellent service and good prices. I ate well and with satisfaction, I recommend it. I'll gladly return. I would add that if there were 6 stars I would have given them.... Sunday 2 June 2024 the Biancospino catering "saved" the wedding party by knowing how to manage critical and adverse situations, from a water bomb to poor collaboration from the managers of the location. Legendary, professional and innovative. I recommend everyone to use it for catering for weddings, parties and anniversaries. Well done, well done, very good!!!!!! Compliments.

Allt andas kvalitet från du sätter foten in på detta stället till du tar steget ut. Man lägger manken på att servera utmärkt kvalitet och smak på allt som lämnar köket. Väl sammansatta smaker tillsammans med viner rekommenderade av mycket kunnig personal. Lämnade restaurangen med ett brett nöjt leende
