We went on Holy Thursday, as their specialty is seafood. Impeccable and very fresh raw. First courses balanced by sweetness and flavour. Desserts much improved and well presented. A mention goes to the wide selection of wines by the glass. Their strong point since they are wine agents Unique and very well looked after place. For us, the best and most complete in Sinalunga

Average food - salty octopus and very poor dishes. Side vegetables were literally 2 broccoli and 2 strings of carrots paid €7! Good wine, nice place. Very expensive

Found by chance and at the last minute, in the rush for a quick lunch on the way home, with two small children, wonderful surprise. A fabulous risotto (for a celiac at lunch and finding the restaurant at the last minute it is not obvious that you will find adequate food), very well prepared appetizers with haute cuisine ingredients so very satisfied. The owner made every effort to immediately warm up the room and welcome us despite my hungry little one, top service. More than fair prices for high quality things to eat and drink (a magnificent rosy bubbles). Highly recommended!!!!

Everything exceptional. I ate rustic and very delicate grouper Bon Bons. The pinafore egg with Crete white truffle was made in an extraordinary way. The Champagne is good but it goes without saying. Friendly, professional and competent staff. It's a heart-warming place.

Excellent, refined, authentic food... like the hostess!

Enchanting place, welcoming and with a really nice style (it probably reflects my tastes a lot :)) The girl who served us was very attentive, thoughtful and never intrusive. He reserved a table for us just for the occasion and made us feel pampered and at ease! The food? Everything was really really excellent... from the simple salt and oil to the main courses!! If I really have to say one thing, I expected the shellfish risotto to be creamier but these are tastes! I think it has become one of my favorite places, we will definitely be back!! And I highly recommend you try it, you won't regret it!!
