Bialetti In Roma

I’ve visited this Bialetti store a couple of times this year, and the staff have always been incredibly kind and helpful. I bought a few gifts and they turned out great. They offer a lot of beautiful products. Yes, the prices are on the higher side, but the quality absolutely reflects it. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for well-made items and great service!

I discovered Bialetti products a couple of months ago and bought my first moka pot in Dubai. During a layover in Rome, I wanted to visit a Bialetti store and, with the help of Google, I finally found this wonderful shop. The selection of moka pots and accessories is excellent, and the customer service is outstanding. I was assisted by a very competent and kind lady whose advice made it impossible to leave empty-handed. She was polite, professional, and incredibly helpful — thanks to her I chose a limited edition 3-cup moka pot that I absolutely love. The shop may be a little pricier compared to some other stores in Rome, but the quality of the products and the excellent customer service make it well worth the visit.

Congratulations to Lucrezia for the service and hospitality. I've been a customer for years, but Lucrezia was wonderful at explaining some things I hadn't understood! Well done! I don't know how much you pay her, but she definitely deserves a bonus or a raise! People like her deserve to be valued.
