In Castiglione for work, we stopped for lunch. Abundant first and second courses and side dishes. All freshly cooked.

L'ambiente Ricorda una trattoria d altri tempi. Gradevole e pulito. Personale molto premuroso e gentile.servizo sufficientemente rapido. Ho avuto modo di provare solo la pizza che è molto sottile ma comunque buona ed il numero, buono anche lui Il resto del menu pare interessante con diversi piatti della tradizione. Tornerò

Ottimo il fritto misto alla Piemontese, portato Amici dalla Calabria, sono rimasti soddisfatti ed hanno apprezzato i Nostri Sapori.

It is a traditional place with a simple but complete Piedmontese menu. Personally, I am very satisfied with the evening we organized at Biagini based on bagna cauda; not being able to participate in the one organized by the venue, we asked to repeat the evening and were satisfied. The bagna cauda was delicious and light, served in the typical terracotta containers; the cooked and raw vegetables in quantities of all kinds, as well as the tripe and raw meat were very fresh and of high quality; the sweet house wine was good; the family and professional service at the same time; we were a table of 20 people and we were all very satisfied; those who had food requirements due to intolerances (communicated in time) or religion were still satisfied; even the diners who didn't eat the bagna cauda were satisfied with the alternative menu that was proposed to us. I think we will return to organize another table and try some other Piedmontese specialties (for example mixed fry). The prices are really low for the service and menu offered: the tables are well set with fabric tablecloths. Thanks again to the owners who were very welcoming and to the kind waitress who looked after us.
