The à la carte selection, wide and well-calibrated, was able to offer variety without ever slipping into excess. Uno scrigno prezioso di gentilezza, qualità e passione Ottimo anzi eccellente ristorante stellato. 4 tavoli, camino pre e dopo cena, cucina a vista. Prima ti fanno accomodare davanti il camino per degustare una bollicina con piccoli e gustosi entre'. Tutto perfetto, dagli antipasti ai primi ai secondi. Ottimo il risotto e la pasta. Riscoprono gusti antichi. Scelta coltelli per il secondo. Ottimo dolce e piccola pasticceria servita davanti il camino. Personale preparatissimo e chef sempre attenti. Spiegazione su tutto. Davvero stupito. Meriterebbe un altra stella.

Clean rooms, breakfast and dinner with attention to the smallest details. The Spa path is well organized and the heated water pools are spotless. The hotel is in an excellent position because you can quickly reach the two ski resorts of Camigliatello and Lorica. We will definitely be back.

Siamo tornati da chef Biafora per assaggiare il menù invernale, dopo una prima visita estiva che definirei entusiasmante. Chef Biafora è uno dei miei preferiti, infatti anche questa volta non si è smentito. Sapori decisi, piatti mai banali, ottimi accostamenti; staff impeccabile, attento ma non invadente, sicuramente tornerò nuovamente. Consiglio la visita.
