Stunning facility. Super friendly and always available staff. The wellness program was meticulously organized and incredibly relaxing. Heated pools inside the facility with comfortable loungers. Excellent breakfast, plentiful and varied. We had dinner in their bistro, the food was quality. I highly recommend everyone to visit.

Having planned a trip to Sila, my husband and I decided to stay at the Biafora Hotel. We booked a junior suite for two, with a spa and pool. I'll start with the room: I'm giving it 3 stars because some details need updating (including the in-room whirlpool tub, which has yellowish rust stains inside). The view from the window is stunning. The staff is friendly and polite. I really enjoyed the spa visit, as well as the pool. The breakfast was extraordinary, very tasty and beautifully presented. Overall, I can recommend this hotel; I was left with a good impression.

My husband and I got married at Biafora a week ago. Everything was wonderful, beyond our expectations. The staff was excellent, attentive to every detail. The food was delicious; we received so many compliments on the quality. Everything was perfect. We even stayed in the suite... beautiful... with a hot tub. Breakfast the next day was top-notch, both sweet and savory. And to top it all off, a very relaxing spa experience... with a salt cave, Turkish bath, sauna, two hot tubs, and a relaxation room with heated water beds and herbal teas with delicious treats. I would choose Biafora over and over again. The only small hiccup was booking the rooms, because we had booked them all for our guests, but there were a few issues and misunderstandings. A special thanks to Luca, who took care of us, and to Martina, the wedding planner.

The service was excellent in every way: the staff was always available, kind, and attentive to every need, with a courtesy that truly makes the difference. The wellness program was wonderful, meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, providing moments of pure relaxation. Everything was meticulously planned, from the impeccable cleanliness to the welcoming and refined spaces, creating the ideal atmosphere for complete regeneration. The breakfast was also superb: rich, varied, and of the highest quality, the perfect way to end our stay. A place where care and passion for hospitality are evident in every gesture. We highly recommend this property to anyone seeking a truly unique experience of wellness, relaxation, and conviviality.

Every time we return to Biafora, we feel at home: the staff is kind and very helpful, the welcome is excellent, and the property has tremendous potential. But... But when you arrive, especially on weekends, it's very easy to find yourself in the middle of a reception—weddings, in particular. And so it's difficult to find parking, despite the huge number of available spaces. Which leads to the second sore point: loud music and noise that drowns out everything else, starting with the silence one would love to enjoy in Sila. And the third: the kitchen staff is busy catering for receptions, and the on-site bistro is closed until mid-September (Hyle, a Michelin-starred restaurant, remains, but requires well-advanced reservations and certainly can't accommodate the need for an impromptu meal). Those familiar with the property organize themselves differently, but it's certainly an inconvenience not to be underestimated. There are 14 rooms in total: spacious, tastefully furnished, with a few details to be checked (where to hang towels in the bathroom, for example) and some maintenance to be done. The towel/bathrobe/slippers service is excellent, and the spa and indoor pool are lovely, although an internal connection to the building would improve their usability. The property focuses on receptions: the location is ideal for this purpose. Enjoying breakfast is a taste of the quality and professionalism.

Nestled in the Sila woods, Biafora welcomed and pampered us during our stay. The perfect location for exploring the Sila trails and attractions, the clean, elegant atmosphere is managed by an exquisite staff, always available to meet our needs and offer advice. Delicious breakfast. Excellent wellness center! Biafora...and it's Sila straight away!

I stayed one night, but it was enough. I wouldn't have stayed a second night. The price isn't matched by the quality. Except for the breakfast, which was top-notch, and the service, which was excellent. The room needs to be completely redone. The air conditioning didn't work all night, and even though I called the front desk, there was no answer. The shower seals were broken, and we flooded the bathroom. The windows don't darken because the blinds are old or damaged. The safe doesn't work. Otherwise, the hotel is clean. If there was more attention to the rooms and breakfast, everything would be perfect. The rate is unjustified for the type of room, accessibility, and service.

A relaxing and professional two-hour spa treatment with unlimited pool access. The changing rooms are clean and fully equipped. I recommend the Zen massage.
