I was at Bespoke a few nights ago and I have to say it was a truly satisfying experience. The dishes are carefully crafted, using fresh, local ingredients. You can tell this isn't just "tourist" cuisine, but someone truly cares about flavor combinations. The price is fair, considering its central location, so the quality/price ratio is certainly admirable. The atmosphere is warm, the restaurant is well-decorated, and the service is friendly. Perfect for a relaxed dinner.

After a week in Puglia, we stopped at this restaurant by chance, and it was the best culinary experience of our vacation. Giorgia was incredibly kind, and Nicoletta's food was top-notch. Their hospitality made us feel at home—highly recommended. Thank you so much.

Dream lunch at Locorotondo 💫 What a lovely place. Super peaceful, with music that goes perfectly with the atmosphere. The details decorating the tables, the vines, everything makes it a special and welcoming place. The food was delicious: we ordered pesto pasta and salmon pasta, delicious! Everything was fresh and flavorful. A perfect lunch 💛

This isn't my first time at Bespoke Puglia, and it certainly won't be my last! This place is simply fantastic, run by an owner who puts her heart into every detail. The atmosphere is incredibly welcoming, the music is always perfect, and the staff is incredibly friendly. If you're lucky, you might even find yourself having a great conversation! I recommend Bespoke Puglia to anyone looking for an original, warm, and personalized experience. A true gem!

Ho pranzato in questo locale con il mio partner e siamo rimasti entusiasti! L’ambiente e molto tranquillo e caratteristico , il personale gentilissimo e sempre attento. ogni piatto era una vera scoperta, ben presentato e con sapori bilanciati . Torneremo sicuramente! Data della visita: Maggio 2025!

03/03/2026: We've been to this restaurant on several important family occasions: in December to celebrate my dad's retirement and 60th birthday, and more recently to celebrate my cousin's graduation. Each time, it was a truly pleasant experience. We had a wonderful time: the food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices on the various menus, catering to all tastes. Everything was carefully thought out, from the decor to the presentation. (Unfortunately, I don't have any photos of the dishes; they were so beautifully presented and, above all, delicious, that I didn't have time to photograph them.) The service was impeccable, always attentive, kind, and professional. Furthermore, the place is truly enchanting and helps make every special occasion even more beautiful. There really isn't anything negative to report: we highly recommend this restaurant for important events and memorable moments.
21/02/2026: February 20, 2026 We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday. Everything was impeccable, from the location to the dinner, including the excellent host, Giancarlo. Highly recommended

19/11/2025: There was plenty to drink... and the drinks are well-made. You can, and even should, order antipasti. The atmosphere is priceless.
05/11/2025: The atmosphere of a small restaurant lost between a tenement building with underwear hanging outside the window and a forgotten chapel converted into a mini exhibition of contemporary photography. Plus, there's great music, affordable drinks, and fairly laid-back service ;-). I recommend it as a stop between the beach and dinner. We didn't try the food.
