One of our favorite restaurants in Bolzano. Great food, great ambience, both in winter and summer on the terrace, very friendly team. The new location 100 meters from the old hut is very successful.

We ate cold cuts smoked by them, very delicate smoking was not even noticeable, pappardelle with chanterelles was tasteless and watery, sweet apricot dumplings very good

Especially in the renovation phase. The playground is currently not really safe, so there is a trampoline right next to a steep slope without a fence. But there will definitely be another one built...

Great place to stop for a break for many hikes in the Möltner area. Also accessible by car. There is a wide selection of local delicacies. Price performance ratio is right. The waitresses are friendly and attentive. The drinks and food came very quickly. The herb dumplings were excellent. Our question about the direction of the hike was answered in a friendly and helpful manner. Top alpine inn.

05/11/2024: Frequento la Val Badia ed in particolare Corvara dal 1986; ad agosto di quest'anno, dopo un assenza che risaliva soltanto al gennaio 2023, ho trovato 3 dei miei ristoranti abitualmente frequentati chiusi (uno addirittura per carenza di personale....!!! Baahhh) ed 1 decisamente impazzito a causa dei prezzi lievitati, che inducono a fuggire a gambe levate soltanto alla lettura del menù. Mi sono pertanto recato a cena nei paesi limitrofi e mi sono imbattuto in questo hotel/ristorante, che propone una cucina del territorio con eccellente materia prima, servizio cortese e puntuale (accetta prenotazioni) a prezzi corretti per quanto offerto. Squisita pasta e fagioli, tagliata, canederli.. Ancora di salvezza rispetto ai prezzi ormai drogati della valle. Tornerò.
17/10/2024: We spent 6 days here and were super satisfied in this sweet, family hotel. The room is modern and very clean. The staff was really nice and helpful. The menu in the evening was home-cooked, plentiful, varied and very, very tasty. Price-performance 👍. We felt totally comfortable and will be back.
