Historic shop in San Giovanni in Persiceto…..independent if you want to have lunch or dinner (I recommend you do so) the shop is worth a visit both for the place and for the products and also for the owners who even after years of work maintain the spirit and enthusiasm towards the customer

A pleasant stop in a restaurant that focuses on tradition and quality.
The dishes offered are those of the typical local cuisine, very good and prepared with raw materials of excellent quality.
The service was courteous and helpful. You can feel the commitment to enhancing the history of the place and making the customer feel welcomed.
Good value for money, with generous portions.
The place and the decor made us take a dip into the past, helping to make the experience even more characteristic.
Special mention to the delicious spumini, a perfect conclusion to an excellent lunch.
Overall a great experience. If I find myself in the area again, I will gladly return.

If there was a sixth star I would give it. Recommended by our b&b, we couldn't have ended up better, the environment, the friendly staff, the traditional food. A place that has existed since 1924 and where time seems to have stopped. The furnishings are reminiscent of a time that no longer exists. I opted for an appetizer with local pancetta and then tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù and mascarpone for dessert. My partner chose courgette and provola roll, tortellini with parmesan cream. It was all very good. We also took away a Senator's bitter as a souvenir. Thanks for the experience

Ancient trattoria, osteria, restaurant....whatever you want.
For me, entering Bergamini is like having traveled back in time and finding yourself there in the middle of the last century.
Everything is beautiful, the romantic environment full of memories of the past, the kindness and cordiality of those who welcome you, the traditional dishes and beyond cooked in an excellent way.
Tortellini in cream of Parmigiano Reggiano that are second to those in capon broth, superb cutlet and tripe like we have been doing in the family for generations.
This is what I tasted, even the desserts are exquisite but the teaspoons arrived before the photo. To return several times.

Cena con amici in questo locale che fa davvero tuffare nel passato, vale la pena almeno una volta provare.
Abbiamo ordinato le tagliatelle al prosciutto nostrano, un pò lisce ma buone, una trippa al pomodoro non male, una zuppa inglese e un doblone non indimenticabili.
Servizio alla buona e molto distratto, tavoli estremamente piccoli.
Rapporto qualità / prezzo nella media.
